I am a little unhappy with Armed Force Pest Control. I have used them on my rental building over the years. But recently I needed some termite treatment. We did a payment arrangement and they did not honor it. They pulled the entire amount that we had agreed would be paid over a few months; in just one MONTH! this has caused an inconvenience. Beware of payment arrangement with them as they will mostly likely not honor them. As for the termite treatment they have agreed to return and do an additional treatment as not all termites were taken care of on the first visit.
Only 5 stars available? When I mentioned to someone I trust that I was at war with ants after a wildfire he said I needed to call Sarah. It was enough. When I finally reached out to Sarah she was here less than an hour later to deal with our problem. Wonderful customer care, great at doing what they say they’ll do. Thank you Sarah.

Armed Force Pest Control was recommended to me by my agent. From the initial call to ultimately a significant body of work they performed, I found them to be nothing but professional and proactively responsive! Sarah over there went to our house a few times and took care of everything and more. She was also very willing to work with us on costs. I have nothing but praise for her and her entire team!!!

My first experience with Armed Forces pest control has been exceptional. From my call to the office speaking with Emily to the first visit with Brandon our tech. I was informed of their arrival time. The service provided was amazing. The exterior was completely wiped down and preped prior to treatment. I discussed future treatments to meet our needs with our tech Brandon and was provided an estimate that I felt was reasonable. I look forward to having my residence look clean and under control from pests. Thank you very much. My wife and I look forward to working with you.

The two guys did a great job, they where here for about an hour. I was really happy about the way they did their job. I explained to them exactly what I wanted and didn't want, they were OK with that. The only part I didn't understand was why was I paying double the amount? He said because I haven't used them for a year. That did not make sense to me. But other then that I was happy with work that they did.

Representative Robert Turner did a thorough inspection of our property and made an evaluation regarding our cockroach problem. He helped us make a plan to begin an intervention that would work best for us. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and we appreciate his good service. Thank you.

Always a job well done. The office of Armed Force Pest Control sends me an email to remind me of the service date. The techs are always pleasant, respectful, and answer my questions without an attitude. Great company - great workers - and I am a happy customer!!!!
