Dylan came by on 3.27.24 and did an exceptional job installing the new system. As it occurs, sometime there are hiccups with backoffice, front office or whatever office, but when he contacted his boss, the matter was resolved! Thank you Sir! ?

This was our first time purchasing a home security system. The alarm technician, Fred, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and showed us how to use the system, ensured our system was functioning properly and helped us set up the security apps on our phones also. I was pleasantly surprised that ADT offers ADT Go service also...will definitely come in handy. This was a smooth and pleasant experience. Thank you Fred for your expertise and hard work!

We would like to recommend Hector Medina as an exemplary account representative. He came out today to update our ADT service and the service he provided was amazing! After having a horrible experience happen to us, he was incredibly patient and understanding while explaining everything in detail, with pictures, and estimated costs, etc. He truly went "above and beyond" to ensure our property is now well secured. Please be sure to pass along these kudos to him, as he surely deserves them and more! Honestly, we've been contemplating dropping ADT, but thanks to Hector, our confidence and trust have been restored. Thanks.

My experience with ADT was superb! The District Installation Manager, Marlon Ansay, was efficient, professional and all that I could ask for. He followed up several times to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The installer, Cesar Torres, was Six Stars!. He was efficient in his work and hardworking. I don't think he stopped all day until my installation was complete. He was extremely helpful in explaining the system and did not leave until all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend to ask for Cesar to do their work.

I've had a pleasure of dealing with Cesar Torres today. His attitude is so exemplary. He provided me an excellent customer service. I've had other technicians from other company before and Cesar is one of the nicest genuine people I've ever met. He is very helpful, answered all the questions, even offered other features of the system that we just upgraded to that we could not have known it comes with. He took time to show us the full maximum capacity of what the system can do. He was very friendly very pleasant and very knowledgable when it comes to his craft. He did not rush, but instead took the time to show me all the available features on the system. Overall I have a very pleasant experience with ADT and Cesar Torres. I can tell his passion for what he does and he loves what he do. Very positive experience today because of Cesar. From the scale of 1-10 I give Cesar Torres 11 with full 5 star rating. Thank you
