Bruce is a pleasure to work with. His rates are very reasonable and he does a great job. He really cares about the quality of his work and he is a great communicator. You will not be disappointed !!

I have been using this business to maintain my hardwood decks for 15 years. Not only is Bruce a nice guy and easy to deal with, but my decks and hardwood deck furniture and patio have stayed in excellent condition. I have also used his subcontractors to paint and repair the exterior of my wooden Victorian house in San Franxisxo.

I have teak patio furniture which had become very bleached over time. I had refinished the ensemble myself in the past, but did not want the hassle again. These guys showed up on time (to include the estimator), did the work on-site, finished exactly when they said they would, and the result is stupendous. Completely value-added, and beat their own estimated price. Quick, easy. True professionals. Recommend to anyone.

Refinished Deck. This is the second time I used Cal Preserving. Crew timely and polite. Sanded deck, but staining was inconsistent. Some areas are shiney, some not. A few stain drops and goops left and dried. From afar looks ok. Won't use them again though.

The decks and the gates are gorgeous. I couldn’t be more pleased.
Junior, Noel and Gabriel have been a delight to work with. I have never seen such meticulous craftsmanship in a crew. They work together like a well-oiled machine and don’t miss a detail. All that, and they kept inside our budget. (Can’t beat that.)
The cleanup was wonderful, right down to removing protective plastic on my yard lights and replacing the stones in our rock gardens. I’m keeping their names in my notes, and I hope you will keep them happy - I’ll be requesting them when we do our next maintenance. And I’ll be passing your company name on to my project-happy friends and neighbors.
