Rick was early to my appointment. Very quick, thorough, and professional diagnosis of my garage door issue. He gave me a quick quote and got to work. He was done in an hour and my door was returned to full functionality. He advised me of recommended maintenance intervals and things to look out for with my aging door opener. Our service professional (Rick) was great and handily fixed our tension cable issue is short order. In addition, they were able to get this fixed the same day I called (even though we had no rush since it wasn’t a critical issue), so that was definitely appreciated.

This was my first time using Garage Door Medics. A cable got stuck on my door. I called them at 8 AM and they said they could have someone out between 10 & 2 that day. A service tech arrived at 9:30 AM which was great. His name is Rick and he was very courteous and professional. He walked me through what needed to be fixed and took care of the problem quickly at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again for any issue with my garage doors.

My garage door was not working, so I called the Garage Door Medic company. They sent their technician Rick Weaver. Rick kept me informed on his arrival time and texted me a picture of himself. When Rick arrived he was very friendly and professional. He was very informative and communicated several options that were cost-effective for me. When the work was completed, every thing was well done and within the time he had said he would be done. I would recommend Rick & Garage Door Medic to my friends & family.

Rick has done outstanding job in providing superior quality service of our garage door - lubricating rollers and cables and adjusting the springs cables and springs to ensure optimum performance. I couldn't have been happier with the service we received. I was able to get an appointment quickly, the staff kept me and my landlord informed and the technician Rick was awesome. He was super nice, worked crazy fast and did such a good job with the repair you would never guess I had shut the garage door on my car!! The bill was so reasonable, I expected to pay so much more. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
