I did hire them for removing old siding of front of my two story home and put new stucco that will match the existing stucco. At extra I needed new columns covered with stucco and new trimming. They did all the work in 4 days..... we all have been very surprised. They worked from 7am to 5 pm in a very efficient and super professional, super organized way. Every member of the crew has a specific job and did it perfect. Absolutely will recommend Francisco crew to everyone who wants new stucco. Price reasonable for that kind of work. Very clean, very friendly and listens to all my wishes. One of the best contractor I have for long time. Thank you Francisco ?
Francisco and his crew did a great job on the stucco at our home. The Densglass they were stuccoing over was uneven and had lots of gaps and they still managed to make it look flawless. Thanks for your hard work guys.

FZ removed my existing siding on the front of the house and replaced it with a smooth, custom colored, acrylic stucco finish. They also applied a smooth stucco acrylic layer over existing stucco on the other sides of the house, replaced rotting fascia boards, and painted the fascia, eaves, and garage. They did a great job, especially with the preparation work like filling nail holes and cracks, sanding, and taping. Francisco was patient with my many requests and questions and the work was finished in a timely manner. I feel lucky to have found such a great company to do my exterior house renovations.

First impressions are important to me, so when I called owner Francisco he answered his phone immediately asking me what I needed. He showed up with his crew on time prepared to demo our garage exterior windows and came back once the new windows were installed. The next day his crew were here at 7:00 am sharp and ready to go to work. These men are detailed and specialized in their craft. They repaired around the new windows with waterproofing, plaster and matched my colored stucco. My house also had several places where the stucco had chipped off and for a reasonable cost they patched it perfectly. They paid attention to every detail and cleaned up to my satisfaction. Franciso always responded to my questions and calls immediately and I highly recommend his company, we had the best experience and I will use them again. Robin & Nina Hood

Francisco and his crew did an amazing job on our 1937 Spanish style home- we have used his services twice now and can absolutely recommend him. He is prompt, courteous, professional and provides exceptional quality.

Francisco and his team did an incredible job on our ADU. They were courteous, professional, timely and offered fair and competitive pricing. We have another job in the near future and we will definitely be hiring them again! We love the outcome of the stucco, beautiful work.

Francisco and team did an awesome job rebuilding our stucco chimney between storms. They built a humongous scaffolding and were very efficient and expert in their approach. I would recommend these guys if you have need for quality stucco work!

One word. Amazing! I had cracks on the outside of my house and he put stucco and made it look so new with smooth wall texture. I am so happy with his work because he charges fairly and is honest. I am very pleased and he is my contractor for life!! If u need to fix anything, don’t hesitate to call him, u won’t regret it.

I have never had a better contractor for any service than I have had with Francisco. I had real lime plaster done in my 100 year old home. The wall paper in the living room was removed by the previous owner, leaving the plaster damaged and cracked… and stained. Francisco came in and made my walls more beautiful than ever while using materials that these older homes depend on. I didn’t just want some dry wall compound mud thrown on the walls like usual repairs. FZ lath and plaster went above and beyond. I’m so proud of my heritage home.
The second part of the job was water proofing the interior walls of my livable basement. FZ lath and plaster did 3 coats of waterproofing mortar and then they also did a tinted stucco on top so the walls look good ( it’s our family TV room and game room). Francisco did all of this work during a storm with rains dealing with the walls down there leaking. He brought in heat lamps and for the rest of the storm my walls didn’t leak. And still don’t. ( we are almost done with waterproofing the exterior and stopping the water all together by grading the yard)
Anyway FZ lath and plaster come in on time. They work hard. They leave no mess behind. The job was done in 2.5 days and we moved in. I can’t say enough about how amazing this company is. I wish all contractors handled their biz and customers and jobs the way Francisco does! Thank you FZ lath and plaster. My walls are beautiful.
I will hire this company for any plaster and stucco ( indoor and out) related work I need in the future. Francisco cares about his customers and he goes the extra mile… when a lot of contractors out there don’t.
