They don't back up their products and ignore customers. My 10 month old $400 tent fell apart in many places- they made no effort to replace the broken items (without paying for them) or refund my money. Do not purchase items from this company.
I've been waiting 5 weeks to get a response from your company as to when you will have one of your products restocked - Chinese New Year is not really a reason for not giving me a restock date.
If this is the customer service I receive before I make a purchase, I can only imagine what it would be like after you have my cash.

Broken first use. Canopy set up was easy. Unfortunately one of four of the top corners that clips into place was broken/wouldn’t release and no one at the event was able to help take it down. They ended up having to throw the frame away because it could not be packed up.

I've purchased from California palms for over 10 years. Today I bought another complete canopy and a replacement top. I met Sam for the 1st time. I had a million questions for her. She was very patient and very knowledgeable.

VERY UNSATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE! I recently purchased my SECOND Canopy and flame retardant roof with VENTS and was sent the wrong item, found out AT an event and was FORCED to use it since I had NOTHING else. Finally was able to call about it after the holidays/vacation, spoke to SAM who is the person that I placed my order with, whom has VERY POOR customer service, and instead of taking ANY accountability, she stated that I didn't specify that I wanted one with vents, and since it was used (ONCE) that there was nothing that she could do, but to repurchase the roof. I refuse! And will dispute with until it is replaced or REFUNDED!

One of my favorite to canopy shops! I have ordered many banner frames and food mesh screen walls here. Although it is a bit pricey, I dont mind paying a little bit extra for quality. If you canopy breaks down you can always buy spare parts from them and repair it on your own.

Wonderful place to get a colorful, well built tent from. If you take care of it than it will last a long time. I know several people who have bought from cal palms and they have nothing but good things to say about the company and people who work here.
