We purchased a generator for our cabin in January 2021. Just recently the generator failed. I looked on the website of the business and found a repair shop associated with the product and contacted them and off we go. A seriously good experience from the drop of the generator at the repair shop in Warren RI, to dealing with Brandon at Electric Generator Depot. Both businesses were in touch with me from the diagnosis to the delivery of the new generator as my old one was covered under warranty. I would recommend these folks to anyone as I have done over the past year and will continue to recommend them going forward. Nice job folks and thank you for a good experience.

We had an issue with our Duromax generator after about a year and after it was discovered to be multiple issues, we were quickly sent a replacement. It was a huge relief to know that Electric Generator Depot stands behind their products. You can buy from here with confidence!

I contacted your company for a replacement battery for my Maxtools generator. Brandon Bower responded to my request and after investigating, he found the original equipment replacement, but on back order. Shortly, he contacted me to advise he had found a different replacement battery that could be obtained quicker. He had arranged for the battery to be tested to ensure it was a proper fit for my generator. He obtained the battery and shipped it to me. I received the battery and it was a perfect fit, installed easily and works great. Big thanks to Brandon and his outstanding effort to meet my need.

I can't say enough good things about the folks here. I dealt with Brandon on an issue with a warranty repair on my Duromax in a remote location where the nearest service center was 100+ miles away. Not only did Brandon identify the issue quickly and with exper precision but they sent me the part and it was easily repaired in place instead of a costly transport. Ordered a new generator and must have been damaged during transit. I reached out to a Duromax power representative and I couldn't have been more pleased with Brandon's responsiveness and attentiveness to my issue. Needless to say a few email exchanges and I now have a new generator in perfect working order. Thanks for the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time!
