The technician from Diamond Air (I forgot his name - sorry) had been to our home before after we had just purchased it, and what was cool is that he remembered us. His service and professionalism were still the same as when we first met him. He came out to service our 3 yr old HVAC system because it wasn't blowing cold air. I really like this company so I will start using them on an annual basis to service the HVAC.

Received a quote from Anthony for a full AC and furnace change. He was very polite and explained to us everything that needed done. A very detailed quote was sent. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Job was done by the beginning of next week. Crew was very polite. Only issue was cleaning after the project. There was some messed left. Anthony came and did a final walkthrough and easily fixed the next day! Installation, HERS and city inspection all done within the week. Awesome customer service!! Highly recommend!

My mom has severe asthma and these Santa Ana winds really triggered it badly that she had to be hospitalized. So I did what any child would do... get a air purifier and deep clean the house. But deep down, I knew that wasn't enough. So I had the idea of getting our air ducts cleaned out since it's been forever. Yelp was my go-to and I researched around based on reviews or worksmanship, knowledge, and the availability of appointments. I found Diamond Air services and they came out the next day! Will and Dylan were great! They were courteous, polite and made sure we understand everything going on. Every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company and will refer them to our neighbors needing this type of cleaning. Trust me....when they took out our filters and started cleaning everything...i was amazed at how much dust they got rid of, but also not surprise! haha. Thanks again!

I was very pleased with the installation of my HVAC units by Diamond Air Services about two years ago. However, I had a minor issue with some of the air duct insulation and I called Anthony at Diamond Air Services. He had no hesitation with sending a guy out to take care of it. The next day, Mac shows up right on schedule and was happy to take care of the repair. Mac did a wonderful job with no charge. I respect Diamond Air Services for standing behind their work as they promised they would.

First and foremost, Howie is amazing! I contracted his company to remove and replace my Heating/AC unit from my rooftop. In addition, he also reconstructed and engineered a new platform for the roof. The existing platform was over 30 years old in a 70-year-old home. He also took on this complicated project knowing he needed to coordinate with my roofing contractor as well, and vice versa. Because I had 2 projects that needed to start at the same time, Howie was super flexible and patient with me. He always called, texted and emailed me over a 10-week time period to stay in touch for scheduling. This year, we had a very wet season, and, it goes without saying that this delayed the project for so long. When the work finally started, Howie and his team; Mac, Bobby, and Carl, had a sense of urgency to complete it, that I can't overstate it. They are professional, courteous, clean, on time, smart and very detailed. His team blended in very well with the roofing team. And, last but not least, in Howie's pricing, in comparison to his competitors, he offered a super great deal for an awesome Heating/AC unit brand and workmanship. Look at the posted images and you'll see what I mean. Btw, it feels amazing inside my home now. A huge improvement! I can't wait for this summer to come! 5 stars!
