We spent $33,300 on 39 windows and a sliding door for our home. Shoddy installation techniques, due to improper application of caulking around windows, have resulted in numerous windows leaking water and sand, and dark brown rings around all 39 windows and the sliding door. Poor customer service and communication along with low priority response has left these installation issues unresolved for over 4 months. Design Windows and Doors “Worry-Free Guarantee” really means that Design won’t worry about addressing any installation issues and will guarantee that it will take months if at all to get any issues resolved.
We had a very good experience with our window installation. The technician, Chris A, Chris K, and Kris O were vert good with the installation and clean up. They took us around to see all the windows were sealed and caulked properly. The windows we felt was a good investment for our home. Thanks

Thank you to the entire staff of Design Windows and Doors. Our experience started with the very knowledgeable salesman Bill who helped us pick out our windows and sliding doors. We had an easy breezy meeting with bill. Angelica and Sydney in the office were very helpful with what came next. They were in touch with the HOA and resolved all that was required.
Our two days of installation was so smooth. The installers Chris A and Chris K were extremely professional, polite and knew their jobs. We felt very comfortable that our new windows were being installed perfectly. We really appreciated their hard work and knowledge of the installation process of our new windows and sliding doors. We had Design Windows and Doors replace the door from the patio to the garage. It was a pleasure working with the entire team. Chris A and Chris K exemplified professionalism and a warm, friendly demeanor. From start to finish, they ensured that we were well-informed about the process. Their clear explanations helped us understand every step of the way. They left the work area impeccably clean, which is a testament to their attention to detail.

Had 9 windows and 2 sliding glass doors replaced. everyone i talked with was great, super nice and friendly and easy communications. whole team was wonderful and would highly recommend!! the windows and doors look AMAZING!

Overall, a great experience! From beginning to end. The windows did take long to arrive but from the beginning we were informed of the delay. Every week and month we were updated with how our order was going. So in a way, it gave us a piece of mind. Once our windows arrived, we set up a date which was a week later. The installation itself, took like 3 hours and the results, we were very happy with. Here are some pictures of the results (:

I research online for a long time already trying to look for the best window replacement because the ones I had they were very very old, and I finally found this place they were very professional as well, they came and gave me a quote and the man that came for that his name is Joe his awesome he helped us with everything and for the time of the installation everything was quick and the job was done very good the guy that came his name is Robert, great guy and very nice. The project manager is also very professional and wants to make sure you are satisfied with the work and his name is Darius, I highly recommend this place and the people I mention above if you're thinking of replacing windows and doors etc.

Design Windows & Doors did a great job. They replaced a window with a patio door and it looks amazing. Martha the project manager kept me informed since the begging of the project. The installation crew were very professional and attentive with what I wanted. I would definitely use them again for any project needs and recommend them to anyone.

I am very satisfied with the service of Leah and the installation team. Leah called me periodically giving me updates and letting me know the status of my installation. She is very polite and professional. The team was great as well. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I could not open my living room patio door with one hand before. I can open it with a finger now! Also, the trim that came with the door is beautiful! It looks so much better than before. I will definitely be recommending Design Widows and Doors to my friends and family.
