I am extremely satisfied with the professional work that Alan Smith Pool provided. Their customer service was excellent. Project manager Robert was thorough in providing me with the progress of our project. I was updated by text and email on a daily basis. The workers were very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of pool plastering and remodeling. I highly recommend this company and I have had a very good experience .

The end result of the contractor was excellent, but the process wasn’t so great a lot of times we were notified that the crew was coming out and they never showed up. Also had a problem with my lights being installed at the end of our work done and had to call the project manager to have them come and install the lights that were on my contract, other than that, they did a great job

Last week Alan Smith Pools completed a re-plaster of my pool!! From getting the initial estimate from our great Pool Remodeling Specialist, Rob P., all the way through completion of our project and dealing with our wonderful Project Manager, John P., I can't say enough about this company. They are kind and highly professional with customer service that is second to none. Our pool looks great and they did a marvelous job every step of the way. They kept us informed in writing through each phase of the project by sending courtesy reminders and we LOVED the progress invoices that we received at the completion of every phase of the project. They made this project easy while our project manager was always available and responsive during and even after completion of our project to answer questions and I had a lot of them!!! I could go on and on. Give Rob P. a call to get started and request John as your PM. They are the best in the business...TRULY!! You can thank me later!!

We recently had our pool refurbished by Alan Smith Pools and the experience was great. We initially planned just to have the pool resurfaced with one of the new pebble finishes but when they got in and started looking at the tile we realized that it was coming off in many places. Note, our pool is over 35 years old and it was the original tile. 1st - Project management... Tim L, our Project Manager, kept the project going and regularly kept us informed via text, email and phone of the schedule (who, what and when). 2nd - Execution... Mike M, their Tile Manager, was a fantastic resource helping us pick out the tile and design the layout. Mike came by frequently to check on the tile progress and to make sure it all looked as expected. 3rd - Workers... Throughout the entire process they kept the area clean, covered the driveway and patio areas and cleaned up at the end of the day. Unlike workers from other projects there was never any trash left lying around. I do want to call out the tile installers who were amazing. Such craftsmen, getting the tile just right and redoing it if it wasn't exactly how they wanted it, even making sure the tile colors matched. They also found coping bricks that were loose and replaced them, matching the original colors. In the end we have a beautiful 'new' pool and can't wait to use it this summer!

I have worked with Alan Smith Pools in the commercial setting and now at my own home. What a great product! Project was done very quickly and quality is outstanding!!!! Tim and crew were very polite and accommodating to us. Mike was our salesmen and he was so patient, kind and made for a great experience. What a wonderful human. (by the way I am not a relative or work for Alan Smith). Thank you Alan Smith Pools for everything you have done. Pool is beautiful, pebble is a great product and we absolutely love it!

We had a lot of communication issues during the course of the project, and some things had to be done twice. I am a bit of a perfectionist, and not all areas of the pool and deck were 10/10 on quality, in my opinion. Project took much longer than initially anticipated. That being said, we are mostly happy with the final product. Had we known that quartz was going to look exactly the same as plaster, we would have chosen Pebble Tech or a more expensive material to get a more "finished" look inside the surface of the pool and spa. Alan Smith Pools did their best to make it look as good as possible since we were disappointed about that. By the time we figured out how it was going to look, it was too late and would have been extremely costly to demo out the entire interior of the pool again to resurface with a different material. Everyone on the staff (Geoff, Ray, Manuel, Darren, Patrick) was incredibly kind, even at times when we were frustrated. Darren Laue was exceptionally helpful, proactive and responsive. Patrick was also very knowledgeable about the mechanical workings, the filter, lights, etc, and gave us a good orientation on the app.
