Thank you A+ Appliance repair! I was so worried about contacting you through an app because I've had terrible experiences before but you guys were great to work with. Special thanks for working around my schedule. Sam was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and focused. No BS. He checked my washer, gave a diagnosis, solutions, prices and didn't pressure me to make any decisions. He fixed my washer in a reasonable amount of time and informed me about your additional services. Again, thank you so much! I am a happy customer ?

$450 for one hour of labor & $100 for freon. Outrageous. $79 just to come out to do a diagnosis. It took 3-4 weeks to get my $79 refund & invoice.
Service person showed up late, didn't communicate well (he admitted he didn't speak English well), forgot to deduct the $79 deposit and said he couldn't redo the invoice, which required me to make several calls to get my $79 back.
It was way too expensive and very poor service. I will never use this company again!

I set appointment for a technician to come to my home. No show. No call. Nothing! I had to cancel all my appointments for this set date and time. Unexceptional & unprofessional. I will share my experience on all social media outlets... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Highly recommend A+ Appliance! They're able to accommodate evening appointments for those that work 9-5, with lots of flexibility. They give a time frame & the technician calls/texts 15min before arrival. My technician Nick was able to diagnose the issue quickly, gave a reasonable quote, and was able to order the parts the same day. I got my washer fixed within 1 week from initial contact.
Originally I went with the Bosh brand itself, but it was like pulling teeth to schedule an appointment, with clueless customer service reps unable to help and long call wait times. After about 1 month, I gave up and found A+ Appliance, and now will use them for all future appliance repair needs!

This place has an extremely rude woman, named Janice, who takes calls. I called and asked if they can work on an appliance, and she asked what my zip code was. I told her my zip code, which is for Sierra Madre, which is literally right next door to Pasadena, and she told me she did not have any available technicians. I asked if that meant no available technicians for today, or for that area. She said for that area. I said it's very weird they don't service a city that is literally adjacent to Pasadena, and she got extremely rude and condescending with me. I tried to explain to her and get clarification, and she hung up the phone with me. So I guess if you live within the city limits of Pasadena, they will work with you. But if you are one foot outside, then you are on your own.

Dimitri and Anthony were awesome! They were on time, professional, and were able to explain what needed to be done to fix my refrigerator. They were able to secure the part I needed quickly, and came back the next day exactly as they said they would. The work was done quickly, and they took the time to show me what the issue was and what they were replacing. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors who need work done!

From the initial call that I made to set up an appointment, A+ provided a wonderful and seamless experience. They were accommodating to my scheduling needs and kept me informed via text messages. Sam and his team of trainees arrived right on time and could not have been more pleasant, courteous and respectful. They explained in detail what they were doing every step of the way and, after troubleshooting the problem, quickly determined the necessary repair and promptly did what was needed to get my oven and broiler (which had stopped working) back up and running to peak performance. They even taught me how to clean the ignitors! They also kept their work area very clean which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for all of my appliance repairs and maintenance going forward!

Follow up to my previous review.......I called again this morning and spoke with Alina. She apologized for my prior experience and explained that the agent that answered my call was new and did not know that my previous rate could be honored. We went on to schedule the service I need for this week. So glad that I called back!
I'm confused....about a week and a half ago I contacted A+ Appliance to schedule repair for my refrigerator. It went so well that I scheduled service for a commercial double oven. Again, great service. I just called because my ice machine is having issues. The service call for my refrigerator was $75, total service/repair for the double oven was just under $600. However, I was just quoted $129 for a service call on my ice maker. Two weeks prior I was quoted $50 for the ice maker. This is so unfortunate. How does a service call triple in a couple of weeks!!
