Wise Pest Control did great with our fascia replacement as well as the fumigation. Jeff and Chase were great to work with and were really communicative. One service I wished they offered is changing out the tiles on the roof damaged during the tenting. They were very clear on the type of tiles we had and that some will get damage. Other fumigation companies had that service, but Wise pricing was better than the others that we couldn't pass them up. Highly recommend Wise Pest Control!

We worked with Jeff Keane to have our house fumigated. When we paid our deposit a month in advance he said our date was “locked in”. We booked a hotel for the 3 days we needed to be out of the house. 2 days before our fumigation date, I call to find out what time they’re coming only to learn he never scheduled it! The gas company (who requires at least 48 hrs notice) was never notified to shut off the gas so it was impossible to get our date and our hotels were now non-refundable without a cancellation fee. I asked for my deposit back and thankfully they did return it (though it took them 5 days of near silence before they did so). We never did receive any kind of explanation or sincere apology. Jeff just ghosted us. Before deciding to use this company, I’d advise anyone to think very hard and ask themselves if they’d trust people like this to be responsible with the keys to your house or to be pumping literal poison gas through your belongings.

Wise Pest Control team responded quickly to our inquiry. We were in the middle of Escrow and needed a pest inspection. Messaged them late Sunday and got a response right away to get someone ASAP to make a visit at the property. We recommend them. They are easy to communicate with.

Keeshonne is the KING ?. He went above and beyond to make sure that I felt safe entering my garage again. I had rat exclusion installed with a full cleaning service of my 2 car garage. He installed wire and door sweeps on both doors, with most work being done on the garage door. He pulled everything out to fix drywall damage, vacuumed and disinfected the garage floor and shelving. He also made sure to disinfect all my belongings and place everything back into the garage! He cleaned and organized everything way better than I could have. A special shout-out to Alan who made the scheduling and quote process as seamless as possible. They were both very professional, organized and positive. GIVE THEM BOTH A RAISE!!!!

It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Jeff came by and provided a free quote, and he left a great impression, but it's good practice to get at least a second opinion. Jeff had pointed out a joist that was visibly damaged. For the second opinion, I had a company come out that charges $35 for inspections that include inspecting woodwork. The alternative company's inspector did not bother to wear shoe covers when walking on our carpet. Strike one. He did not notice the damaged joist that Jeff noticed. Strike two. The quote he provided verbally was slightly lower, but when I received the written report it said, "Limited inspection in Attic due to insulation... Further inspection is recommended." If that's the case, what did I pay $35 for? Strike three. We went with Wise Pest Control.
Chase and an assistant (I did not catch, or have forgotten, his name) did the work. Both were friendly, respectful, and, as far as I can tell, the work was done expertly. For example, the drill/inject sites blend in so well that they would not be noticed unless they are pointed out. Also, I overheard Chase explaining minutia to his assistant, and I perceive a willingness to teach and learn positively.

Wise Pest Control is great! The inspection was the most thorough, and gave me great confidence that this was a solid company which would treat my home as if it was their own. The technician who did the work was also great and very thorough. Both of them were also nice people and enjoyable to work with. I would definitely use Wise again if I ever need to and I heartily recommend them.
