I've used Cademartori Construction for two decks in the past several years and they did a fantastic job on both. The second project involved some modifications to an old deck to tie in a new one and Garrett did a wonderful job of making them work together. The whole crew is very professional, adaptable to changes and very pleasant to work with.
Cademartori Construction is best in class! They provide fair pricing, operate with great attention to detail, don't cut corners and show up on time and keep you informed along the journey to set expectations for timelines. Nick and his crew are also great people that are a pleasure to have in and around your home. They built us an 1800sq ft deck that is as solid as they come. Problem I have is now I need to save money so they can complete more projects for us!

Nick and his talented crew recently finished multiple deck reconstructions for me—including demolition of existing deck, bringing the new design up to code as necessary, and application of new decking and guardrails. He and his crew are very experienced and skilled, and their final product is fantastic. They are easy to work , efficient, show up on time, and leave the work area clean and neat. You won’t be disappointed, hire these guys!

Nick and his team squeezed us in at the last minute with a deck rebuild just in time for our daughters graduation party. They did a stellar job, always on time and exceeded our expectations! Thank you to Nick, Garrett and the rest of the crew who worked through the rain creating a wonderful outdoor living space in less than a week.

I was referred to Nick by a work friend after being disappointed by other contractors. Nick promptly returned my phone calls, was punctual and communicative. I had a front deck/porch, steps and railing with dry rot that was in great need of repair/replacement. As I somewhat suspected, there was much more dry rot that could not be seen. With the current price of wood, Nick designed the most beautiful Trex deck with lights while removing outdated, unsightly pillars and replacing them with aesthetically pleasing (Trex) posts. Although the cost was initially more than I planned to spend, I was grateful to pay him every dime for a beautiful Trex deck that I thought I would never be able to afford. I was equally impressed that Nick, Garrett and crew arrived at my home each morning by 7 AM. They were professional, polite and trustworthy!

Nick and his team did a fantastic job on our new patio cover! It looks SO beautiful and will be a place we enjoy for years to come. We really appreciated Nick’s attention to detail. His team was prompt, worked hard, and was great at communicating with us. We love our new patio cover so much that we decided to replace our old pool pergola and have Nick’s team put up a similar patio cover there too. Thank you Cademartori Construction!!
