Working with Kathleen Ann Design was the most seamless experience I had during the entire remodel of our home. I had a vision and she translated the vision and made it better than the original! I am a busy mom of 4, but I also love pretty things. I wanted a practical kitchen on a day to day basis, yet I wanted the same kitchen to have a sleek design that I could transform and entertain my guests with elegance. One of the things that I was very particular on was having natural materials. The waterfall island is made of a natural quartzite as well as the shelves and walls/back splash. The cabinets are custom oak hardwood. The sink is a nice 42” work horse. Having solid materials makes this kitchen feel timeless! Kathleen made it happen! Kathleen was able to educate me on all the options I had. She offered details that went past the eye. She was so precise and organized. Her communication was continuous and timely. She kept track of the job and regularly took the time to complete site visits to make sure things were coming out as planned. She is extremely knowledgeable and a master of her craft! Obviously, my experience was superb and I cannot recommend her team enough. I look forward to being able to work with her in the near future! 100/100!

Kathleen Ann Design truly exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Kathy was incredible to work with, bringing fantastic ideas that transformed our kitchen into a space we absolutely love. She selected amazing samples and always took the time to listen to our feedback, wants, and needs. Her team was not only efficient and punctual but also exceptionally friendly and clean. I was particularly impressed with how well they maintained cleanliness, especially during the demo process. It was clear that everyone was dedicated to ensuring our satisfaction at every stage of the project. The end result is a stunning kitchen that showcases their commitment to detail, professionalism, and creativity. We were hired by Kathleen Ann interior design to clean the windows of her client (also our client). Having been in many ultra high end homes all over Southern California I feel confident that the transformation Kathleen did to this home is unmatched. I have rarely been so gob smacked as when I saw what she did to this home, making it look much more high end than houses 4x the price. Great job Kathleen!

She’s literally the nicest person I’ve ever met! She’s so detail oriented and makes sure everything is perfect! I highly recommend Kathleen for any of your remodeling needs. Selecting Kathy to guide us through our remodel/update was the best decision we could have made. Kathy is a friend who became the consummate design professional. What started as a kitchen update project ballooned into a complete update of the entire downstairs. Kathy rolled with the seemingly never ending “additions” to our project and skillfully provided advice and guidance to us. Her contractor recommendations for paint, woodwork, electrical, and tile work were all honest and reliable, with no surprises. She coordinated scheduling with each of them and managed any issues that arose. Kathy provided paint and textile samples and tactfully steered us away from any major design blunders. She listened to us and added all our reasonable requests into her design plan. Incorporating her signature coffee bar into a formerly useless space was genius. It is one of the most used features of our home. When all construction was complete, Kathy helped with the staging and primarily used items that we possessed and wanted to display. Everything looks so much better in their new surroundings. We appreciate that Kathy allowed us to be her design “partners” and not only asked our opinion, but really listened to us.
