As a design-build company, we worked with SKArchitects in 2018 and 2019 on a multi-million dollar residential project in Malibu. The services that SkArchitects provided on a constructability review and value engineering for this project were immaculate and it was a representative of their knowledge in the field of architecture and construction. As a company who is been in this business for over 35 years, we highly recommend their services and will stand by our recommendation at any level.

I hired SK Architects to design my home and it was the best decision I made. They asked just the right questions to guide me, and to get clarity in regards to the design and process of our project. They also were able to make the process easy, fun, and still stay focused on the end result. Every detail and step was considered. I highly recommend them! I also used this team to help design my dental office. I love the results. My office looks sleek and up to date. I get compliments every day and my patients have been impressed as well. My husband and I worked with Sina from SKArchitects about 12 years ago to remodel our home. When we look back on it, we decided that hiring him was the best investment and best decision we had made in the remodeling process. We’ve brought him up several times over the years as we are still really enjoying our remodeled home. He was excellent; so professional, friendly, and talented. He was also affordable. He listened to our requests, and incorporated them with his own professional ideas that far exceeded what we thought could be done. 12 years later, we call him to do a smaller job for my mom, and he remembered us right away! When you work with SKArchitects, you know that you have left your project in excellent and capable hands. If you have been looking for an architect—trying to make the best decision—look no further!
