I recently had the pleasure of working with RK Siding, specifically Roman and Vladimir, for a house siding replacement project, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, it was evident that Roman and Vladimir were true experts in their field. Roman is fantastic. He updated 5 exterior walls (around 1,500 square feet) of our house with James Hardee Alpine White fiber cement shingles. There were a lot of challenges with the job, including a not-so-level house, a border between the stone mortar and the shingle bottom sill, and some surfaces in the back of the house with some very difficult geometry. Roman and one assistant completed the job in 2 weeks which included several extremely rainy days which they worked through (driving to the East Bay from Sacramento every day). Most days they worked from 9am until around 7pm, and there was great, responsive communication before, during, and after the project. The job was done right: they set up scaffolding on which to work, brought in a port-a-john, demolished everything needed, installed a Tyvek layer, installed flashing perfectly everywhere it was needed, installed the shingles perfectly, re-trimmed the windows and garage door, uninstalled and re-installed all electrical, lights, and security appliances, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving every single day. The price was competitive with other quotes that we got, and given the level of professionalism and quality in his work, we made absolutely the best choice we could have made. I strongly recommend Roman and RK Siding for any siding job that you're considering.

We selected Roman for our siding project based on his very competitive bid and good reviews. We were not disappointed. In fact we are very pleased with the work he did. His crew stripped all the siding off our 1200 sf , 100 year old house, installed insulation and OSB sheathing and then Hardie plank. All the work was done with building permits and inspections. The results are we have a much better looking house from the outside but the best part is the interior is so much cozier. Roman and his crew-shout out to Vladimir!, were on time each day, worked hard and got the work done in good time. They were friendly and pleasant to work with and very respectful. We've attached a few pictures to feature the skills and details that Roman and his crew can bring to the work. We recommend RK Siding without any hesitation.
