No words can describe how unprofessional the tech that can out was. On top of the run around with the phone support, they send their bottom feeder to the service call. A bit of advice to the tech, if you're not happy with your job, just quit. No one needs a negative attitude. Don’t come waste people's day if you don’t know what the heck you are doing.

We had a wonderful experience with ADT.customer service and virtual tech support last week. Our control panel battery was recently changed out, but we still had problems activating the system due to communication issue with the panel. “LeDon” genuinely attempted to help us troubleshoot our problem, with multiple methods…She’s was SO extraordinarily patient with us. We then had to set up for a virtual appt with “Sam” as there was still an interfacing issue with turning on our system. “Sam” was able to get our security system back on-line, with the side of using our iPhone camera via of a link for him to see what was going on with our panel. All-in-all, STELLAR service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chris Duran was wonderful in assisting my Mother and myself in getting the medical alert system set up for both of us. Everything was explained in an easy manner to understand what would be our best option. He was also so patient and helpful when walking us through the computer screens to get the order set up. I definitely recommend him for anyone that may want to sign up for the ADT medical alert system.

I would just like to say that Ryan did an excellent job on the installation of my ADT system. As someone who works in the trades I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into making everything look clean and organized. Very good communication and really helped me choose the best placement for all my cameras. You can tell that he truly cares about what he does, people like that are hard to find.
