kitchen & bath Crate is the most customer service focused organization that I have ever had the pleasure to work with on a remodel. The communication is outstanding every step of the project. Every team member that worked in my home was on time, professional, courteous and very skilled in their craft. Jason is an amazing cabinet painter!! I would highly recommend kitchen & bath Crate!
We were looking to update our outdated kitchen and wanted a one stop shop for the job. We researched and got several estimates and Kitchen & Bath Crate by far was the best choice, from the initial home consultation to plans of the kitchen, then onto the site manager and entire crew who worked on our kitchen to the final product. Our recent KitchenCrate experience exceeded expectations. Every person that we had an appointment with was knowledgeable, professional, and on time. The workmanship was excellent. There was constant open communication throughout the project allowing for all of our ideas to be incorporated.
The transformation is amazing and we could not be happier with the outcome.

LOVE this company! I had 3 estimates before meeting with Kitchen and Bath Crate and they by far the most thorough. The estimate is detailed, the design staff is great and they gave the shortest time line and finished on time. We liked all the trade people and LOVE the finished product. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

From start to finish our two bathroom remodel and powder room refresh went as smooth as silk. Everyone is incredibly professional. All the stages of the process were explained and we were kept updated as to what was going to happen daily. The crew was friendly and a pleasure to work with. The tile setters are artists! Everything turned out beautiful. And, the attention to making sure our tile and wood floors were protected was amazing. They cleaned up thoroughly every day which was absolutely wonderful. We couldn't be happier with our new bathrooms.

Kitchen Crate staff were professional, from the owner/to managers/to interior designer consultant/to top quality artisan workers--all were courteous & forthcoming, with thoroughness and attention to detail. From the initial contact, in-home planning meeting, answering questions, offering suggestions, access to an interior designer, and providing a precise timeline for project completion--to sticking to the timeline, daily clean-up, quality materials (cupboards, drawers, pull-outs), fabrication & installation of quartz countertops, backsplash, painting, canned lights, and new appliances...we can highly recommend Kitchen Crate for your next kitchen renovation! We are thrilled with our new kitchen.

We are more than pleased with every part of the process from our initial meeting to punch list day, which by the way, our punch list was only 2 very small items, which in itself tells you how good the quality of work was.
Bill and his entire team knew what they were doing, were professional, listened when I pointed out something and would make the change or correction on the spot.
And when they tell you that they clean every day when they leave, they are not lying, when I would get home from work I could not even tell they were here all day.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a kitchen or bath remodel.

It’s been almost two years since my kitchen and two bathrooms were remodeled by kitchen and bath CRATE. When I think back I still get excited about the process and final results. I love love love the work done and the people who made it happen. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and efficient process. Everyone along the way was friendly and worked hard to keep a smile on my face - AND they completed the job on time as promised. That’s worth a million stars right there! I highly recommend!

The business model is one of a kind and it WORKS. Remodeling is everyone's worst nightmare with the bad rap contractors get. If I could, I would continually hire KB crate to remodel every bit of my house because they were so great to work with. I give them the highest recommendation.

From the first phone call to the final walk through, everyone on the BathCrate team made this an exceptional experience. They were communicative about the timeline, progress and checked in for our opinion and choices along the way. Everyone who came in to our home was professional, courteous and punctual. Their communication standards, attention to detail and cleanliness are what makes them stand out from their competitors. Kitchen Crate & Bath remolded our kitchen beautifully, the crew was friendly, productive, on time & most importantly good to our family pet Duke. The remodel process was made easy by the project manager Bill. He was accommodating with last minute add on’s we asked for & gave us the freedom to communicate openly. We felt heard and the end result was a kitchen we love.
We did not know what to expect with our first remodel in this home, but we would definitely recommend Kitchen Crate & Bath to everyone we know.

We were looking for a complete gut job for our tiny, out-dated kitchen. We found KB Crate through Facebook recommendations.
We started with a phone consult, which was helpful and informative. We then met with Chris, who talked us through this massive project. We have never been through a home remodel, so the entire process was intimidating and unknown. Chris helped us navigate it all with humor, insight, and patience.
Once the project was started, it was amazing. The crew was on-time, friendly, helpful, and responsive. We received constant updates and communications about their progress.
Overall, KB Crate made this a wonderful and easy process, from start to finish. I can't wait to use them again for our next project!

We used Kitchen Crate years ago for a kitchen remodel in a previous house and it was a no-brainer to choose Bath Crate when we needed to update a bathroom in our current home. They make the whole process so easy. Their employees are always on time, professional, and courteous. We were 100% satisfied with the work they did and our bathroom is really beautiful. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone.

My Kitchen Crate Crew was one of a kind! From beginning to end they had my best interests in mind. My Project Manager, Aaron, was simply great! I had no doubts with his daily updates that the result of my kitchen remodel would be first rate. All of their employees were courteous, friendly and always on time! I absolutely love my new kitchen!
