Clean Freak cleaning services is amazing! I highly recommend. I've been using them consistently for about a year for a short term rental. They are extremely reliable, thorough, and we get great reviews on cleanliness! They also clean my residence and they have very good attention to detail. I'm especially grateful for the excellent communication on what's happening at the property/restock needs, etc. Scheduling is easy and they've never missed an appointment.
I hired clean freak to do a deep clean of my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. My place wasn’t particularly dirty, I have a regular cleaning lady but there were specific areas I wanted addressed by a professional cleaning company. I emphasized the need to have my floors cleaned by a mop, not a swiffer, because they are a porous tile and swiffers don’t clean between the tiles, I wanted my light switches, cabinets, windows, baseboards, under oven etc. the usual areas for a deep clean. When the cleaner assigned to me arrived, she didn’t bring a mop and she didn’t speak English so I couldnt properly communicate areas of emphasis. My floors weren’t cleaned, my bathtub still had soap on the walls, light switch was dirty, doors were dirty, under my fridge was dirty, my other shower was still dirty. I honestly don’t know how they spend 4+ hours in my place because it was hardly touched. I voiced my concerns to Renata, the woman who manages the business I assume. She didn’t reply to my text to try to make anything right just took payment. I don’t recommend them. They don’t listen to customers specific requests, they don’t respect their customers time or money and seem to hire untrained cleaners. I will now have to spend another $300+ to have my place deep cleaned. Feels like theft honestly.

My roommates and I were looking for a cleaning service. We got a referral from a friend. We are very glad that we hired this company. The cleaner was very sweet and they got here on time. They followed our instructions and did an amazing job in our bathroom. Also she was very friendly with our puppy which was a real plus. :)
