DRS was awesome! Very detailed and top quality craftsmanship. They were attentive and addressed every concern we had. Would definitely recommend and will use again!
The service at DRS stairs was incredible. We had our stair railing replaced. Initial consultation was done by Mathew. We had timing issues with our contractor (we were putting in hardwood on our stairs) and he helped us by moving around the schedule to accommodate us. Kelly did the measurements and was very nice. Mat was the installer and they did an incredible job. Very neat and precise. After the install, we noticed a slight gap between the hardwood floor and the quarter round and when we called, they came right away to replace it with a bigger quarter round to make it perfect. Everyone was very nice to work with and we are thrilled with the new railing.

I never gave any bad reviews to any business. We already prepared the surface to start the work as they requested. Now the stair was messed up. They made fall promise and declined service with uncommon sense reason.

DRS installed modern white oak stairs and rails with metal balusters at my house. Very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work. No surprises at all. The crew, lead by Juan, was very accommodating of other contractors working at the house.

We recently had D.R.S. Stairs install a stair railing (wood handrail, steel balusters & posts) for our home. We were very happy with the installation and the estimator. It's extremely difficult to find installers who do modern railings for residential projects.
They weren't super cheap, but the installation took only 2 days. We had one odd hangup---they said they didn't have railing brackets that matched the style we wanted, so we ordered them ourselves. Later, the installer saw the bracket we had ordered and said they order the exact model all the time. Unfortunately, now we have to re-install the brackets & patch holes in the wall.
It seems the admin support back at the office isn't very well coordinated (at times, they were also hard to get a hold of by phone), so docking one star for that.
