Heidi and her team made my kitchen remodel a breeze! From start to finish, they were transparent on pricing, responsive to requests for changes and information, and provided numerous referrals to contractors and vendors that delivered excellent work. I love my appliance garage and the usual bells and whistles like a spice rack and pull out trash cans. I am thrilled with the results and thankful for Heidi and her team!
Not impressed at all. We went with Pure Cabinets because they were the lowest bidder, but it kinda seems you get what you pay for. They were poor communicators about the whole process. There were many times we had to prod them through email and phone calls to get the assistance we needed. They failed to ship our cabinet doors for two cabinets and it didn’t come until 6 weeks later and they didn’t seem apologetic about it.
Installation was sloppy. I paid many thousands of dollars for this and thought I could expect some care and pride in their work but instead it looks like they did everything they could to cut corners and get away with it. They said handles would be installed for free but then the installer said no they don’t do that. I had to call and have them confirm it’s included and they sent the guy out again. He didn’t use screw covers even though they are included so they had to send him out again to do that.
He didn’t drill holes before putting the screws in so the screws damaged the wood and are not flush. He didn’t even bother trying to put the two screws for each upper cabinet level or evenly distributed, not even eyeballing it. The cutout for the plumbing under the sink seems sloppier than you’d expect from a professional.
The countertop installers attached the countertop to the sliding glass door frame which not only looks odd but will make replacing our old sliding glass door frame more of a hassle. You’d think they could have cut it a little shorter to avoid that.
Long story short; don’t expect a flawless job with these guys. They’ll do the sloppiest they can get away with.

Pure Cabinets has been a great experience ! Very knowledgeable, prompt answering questions and overall great service . We had a last minute kitchen cabinet and countertop order and we got it all done in time . The quality of the product and the installation was of high quality . The materials are modern , tasteful with lots of options ! We have done a few Renovations and it can be challenging ! Pure Cabinets kept the process fun !
