Floor boards are lifting at the seams causing cracking and pieces being broken off. Called to have them fix it. They came, took measurements and never came back or contacted me again. Definitely not good customer service.

My wife and I are in a small hurry and were getting carpet quotes for the new master bedroom. The folks in the San Marcos branch were AMAZING! They had us sorted out in 5 minutes flat with color, quantity and a final end price quote...then checked stock to confirm on hand qauntity!!! The customer service for the sale was perfect. We walked NEXT DOOR to the other carpet place afterwards just for giggles, and the guy had NO IDEA what he was doing and just punched out a random number. His quote was over $300 higher and we still have no idea what we would have gotten. We now definitely using Americas Finest!!!

I waited before posting this because I was really bothered by what happened. I ordered more than 2000 sq ft. of flooring from this location yesterday. Anthony seemed nice and even though I preferred flooring from another store, we went with them because of name and reputation. I was told I would have to go get it myself in Chula Vista(?), and my truck would be sufficient. He gave me the wrong hours (warehouse closes at 5, not 6) my truck only held 1/2- 3/4 of the load. so 90 miles and 4 hours later through San Diego traffic, I called him to explain the issue and hoped he would work with me. He told me he would check and get back with me the next day. He called the next day and said there was nothing he could do and I had to go down there (so another 90+ mile trip.) I spoke with his useless manager, VICTORIA, who told me the same and insisted on not only talking over me, but told me she did not want to talk to me face to face and refused to contact corporate to see if delivery could bring it to the store or my house. She also told me the delivery drivers would not bring the delivery up to the store or my house. I ended up calling corporate and not only did Anthony not call anyone there, they told me they would have delivered it immediately, had Andrew called. Trust and honesty are big with me and I feel bad for anyone who would have just avoided the conflict and taken another drive just because Victoria has no integrity or dedication to customer service. If you go here, just confirm everything and get it in writing because the two I dealt with at San Marcos lost my respect. Thank you, Dulce and Gabriel in Chula Vista office, for cleaning up Victoria and Anthony's poor service and I will post a positive review. America's Finest Flooring corporate, you really need to have your Chula Vista team train Victoria or replace her.
