If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the worst company I have ever used. The customer service is terrible. We paid to have a wind magnet put in - pre-paid. They never installed it. We had high winds, the gate was ruined. They came to fix it, and let us know they the magnetic lock was never installed. They then charged us for the service call. We have had multiple issues - they don't show up when they have a scheduled service call- this has happened all 3 times we have called. They don't answer the phone. They ask for payment before they come, which is insane. We are at the point where we will be suing them. The gate is now damaging our driveway. The quality is awful and the service is worse. Stay away at all costs.
Overall, my experience with Mulholland Gates was positive. The metal side gate is sturdy and secure with a convenient deadbolt lock. Despite some initial issues with installation and a clanking sound during closure, Arno Koch's excellent customer service and willingness to address concerns were commendable. The gate's delayed approval through the HOA was handled with patience and professionalism by the company. While there was a setback with installer damage, Arno ensured a local company quickly repaired the issue. I appreciate the commitment to resolving issues and the gate's quality craftsmanship. Additionally, if I require another side gate in the future, I will certainly choose Mulholland Gates again for their quality products and excellent customer service.

I highly recommend this company. It was especially a pleasure working with Gonzalo and Harout as they were very efficient and responsible. The quality of work is great and I would definitely work with them in the future.

I paid these guys $25,000 to do a sliding gate/door behind my home. Their bid was like four times everyone else, but I wanted it done right, and I was told these guys were the best. So I signed an agreement with them, and it outlined the project, which included replacing an old manual gate, with a new aluminum sliding electronic door.
The mock up showed the post (where the door closes) remaining in the same place. But, when the work was done, the post had been moved to the center by about 1 foot. Overall, not a big deal, but it was already difficult to get my car in the garage. I had now just lost another foot of clearance. This means I have to drive perfectly straight in and out of garage now, and that is very hard, because there is not enough room in the alley to easily get lined up. My car has hit the post numerous times, as I have almost no room for error. I called Mulhullond multiple times and reported the issue multiple times. Everytime they said they would take care of the problem, and everytime they did the same thing --- NOTHING. They have promised me on multiple occasions that someone will show up at my home to address the issue but nothing. Maybe they figure they have my money, so who cares? I am a lawyer, so I am going to sue them now, but it is crazy to me that I have to sue someone just to get them to do the job right. Really disappointing.

Great service!
Eduardo and Atzin were very professional and knew what they were doing. Eduardo explained step by step the process and how everything would work. They would always keep me informed oh how they were going to proceed with the installations. I felt very comfortable with them. Definitely recommend them!
