I’m not sure if anyone ever answers the phone here, but I am writing to express extreme frustration. There has been an underground project continuing for a month or two longer than originally scheduled on Mission Blvd and Quigg Drive. There are metal plates covering large holes that are not placed quietly. Whenver any small or large car drives over the metal plates they bounce up and down. It sounds like bombs are going off all night as we’re trying to sleep. It’s insanely inconsiderate. If you read these reviews, have your team fix it! I’m reaching a boiling point in delirium. The City of Santa Rosa is next.
Absolutely atrocious traffic control measures, often times with complete failure to post road closure signs, and often failing to use proper distancing for lane closures. They consistently drive equipment outside of the work area with no pilot vehicles and have made getting around Ukiah a nightmare.

I Margarita was hired through temporary agency during December. I met the 2 owners Michael and wife Margarita and a brother that parked his car at a catholic church. And the main secretary/accountant was very excited about her car new that was order. I remember I just arrived to work and she opened the office doors and the excitement it the office. I Margarita would like to wish the family a happy Hoilday's. To both families the cousins in South San Francisco.

Most unprofessional and unreliable company I’ve experienced. (I didn’t hire them)
They are supposed to be paving my street.
Weeks and weeks asking us to find somewhere else to park (hundreds of tenants)
And they don’t even show up for the scheduled project.
Towing cars, and inconveniencing everyone!
Ghilatti, please get it together and be more professional and organized please!

Horrible place to work. I've been in construction for over 25 years and they allow things in offices to go on that is unprofessional. They don't protect you as a employee. The girls up at corporate are a bunch of bullies. Not all without naming names but allow certain things to go on. The guy that ran the field office I was in was never there, golfing and lied about his whereabouts and the guys that worked there all protected each other while in the meantime they talked about there supervisors who had no idea what the hell was really going on. Hopefully it has gotten better. On a side note. The company pays well and takes care of the employees pay wise and insurance and there are some nice people. A few I can say. Problem is some of them sleep with each other and there is this whole favoritism going on and everyone knows about it. There is no real HR. The HR is friends with everyone and talks about it with everyone. I know this first hand. But Santa Rosa supervisors had no idea of what was really going on! This is overdue for sure. Worse experience ever and glad it's over!!
