They don't really take the time to call you. I called them, and when they didn't answer, I sent them a text asking for them to call me so I could get some information. Instead, they text back a day later, asking me how they can help me. I briefed on what I was looking for and asked them to call me, and they texted me back 2 days later. I find it very rude as a new client for them not to call to discuss the project in mind and provide options. Instead, they "text" with basic answers that don't help. A quick 3 min called would have sufficed. I took my business we're they actually take a couple of minutes to call you. Especially after requesting a call instead of "text." Very unprofessional.

it was a pure delight working with Nick and Jamie! I hired them to do land surveying and a topography map for some land i purchased in Joshua Tree. not only did they go over and above what i expected, but made the process as transparent as possible for my first time needing to have something like this done and they have very competitive pricing. communication and check-ins with Jamie was awesome and i could not have asked for a better team to work with. i HIGHLY recommend Foothill Surveying when you find yourself in need of land surveying. i almost want to purchase more land to be able to work with them again - 10s across the board!!

I had been searching high and low for a Surveyor who would even respond! When I came across Foothills Surveying, I was glad I did. Jamie provided me options and pricing, and answered basic questions I had. Upon meeting Nick at my property, he was super informative, provided detailed information and by the time I arrived, he was nearly 1/2 way complete - he was FAST! During the time, I encountered a vehicle issue, and Nick was overly kind enough to go above and beyond to help - despite the issue being my responsibility. Both he and Jamie followed up and kept in continuous contact and the result of the survey helped me be informed as to my next steps. Thank you both tremendously!

OMG Jaime and Nick were amazing and very professional. This is a great family oriented down home couple and good people to work with. They sent pics, posted sticks on the corners and had everything professional done with the completed survey. They followed up and followed through until completion. We used Foothill to create the topographic survey and boundary map for the vacant lot we just purchased, and they far exceeded our expectations. Both Jaime and Nick are super responsive and friendly, as well as professional, and you can tell they go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy. I would definitely recommend going with Foothill - I've already referred them to a few friends, and plan on continuing to do so.

I usually don't write reviews but I definitely have to leave one for Nick and Jamie. We hired Nick and Jamie to do surveying for our property. We had no clue that our property actually went further back than expected, and Nick even located one of the original markers buried in the dirt. This made it all worth while since we're planning on installing a pool. He even went over everything with me explaining how he gets all the measurements. The scheduling was super easy with Jamie and she was even able to squeeze us in sooner than originally scheduled. Top notch company for all your surveying needs! I would definitely use them again. Thanks for the awesome service.

Foothill Surveying

We used Nick and Jaime to survey our lot in Redlands to determine the accurate property lines with our neighbors. The lot dates back to the late 1800's, so it involved alot of research and work. I did obtain three bids prior to deciding to go with them. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with constant communication and they were both always available to answer questions. I'd definitely use them in the future, and recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.
