We were having an issue with the mini split in my "she shed" our home warranty sent Delta Sierra. 1st scheduling was amazing they got us scheduled within a 3 days which was super fast especially during a heat wave. 2nd the technician who came Chris was super nice took a look at everything gave us an honest diagnosis which aligned with our suspicion. He was quick to fix and get our system up and running again. Would recommend Delta Sierra to others.

Mike is an honest businessman who goes over and above to help. He answers calls in a timely manner and explains everything thoroughly. His crew were polite and kept me updated. I wish more companies conducted business the way Mike conducts his.

Called Mike on emergency issue and he responded immediately, scheduled asap appointment came out explained issue with ac and why it was shutting off. Unit 15 years old and decided time to replace both heat and air. Very happy was not rushed and answered any and all questions. Did not pressure me into something I did not need. I will continue to use Mikes services and scheduled replacement quickly and assisted me with keeping my cats cool while working on units. Would definitely recommend as they are also available 24/7. Other places were closed 5 pm Friday until Monday. Not much help when your air goes out. Mike helped me immediately. Very happy customer. Looking forward to the install. Liked that JC came by a day earlier to verify measurements for the next days job. very professional and makes me feel confident.

The owner Mike is very easy to work with. The guys came out on July 4, 2024, and with temperatures over 100 degrees. They installed two units on the roof top, and finished the job before the end of business day. I highly recommended using them.

Chris showed up on time and did a professional job installing a new a/c unit. He was kind and courteous despite working in the 95 degree heat with no Breese for 6 hours. Thank you for cooling our house again. Great job!

Chris was very attentive!! He checked both AC systems thoroughly inside the house, checked for leaks, checked for compression, checked EVERYTHING, and found no issues inside the home. We then went outside and he thoroughly checked the system outside. Found where there could have possibly been a leak. Repaired the leak and then filled the system up with Freon. It was completely empty. Chris would not leave until the problem was repaired. And he did so. The best service I got and fixed in one day. I had 3 visits at the beginning of the year and they could not fix or find the issue. Beyond grateful to have my AC up and running!

We’ve used this company previously. Chris B. was our technician and he was extremely thorough and offered us a good game plan on keeping our system running smoothly. He also provided us with information on the benefits of becoming a preferred customer which I appreciate because who wants their AC breaking down during the summer. We’ll definitely request him for future service. Their company does great work.

Great experience all around! The owner Mike took the time to clearly answer any questions I had. Ashley was responsive in the office. Justin, Elijah and Miguel did a great job installing a new HVAC system in my home. They were professional, friendly, careful with our light carpets and had it all done in a day! They also were patient with my questions. I was happy with the rate esp. seeing that they can work through American Home Shield (home warranty plan).
