This company has been great so far! I was recommended to use them and so glad I made the switch. The technicians are very thorough.
California Pest Control is great! We have a monthly preventative service set up and they are always on time. It's rare to see a bug or critter anywhere on the property. I highly recommend their services!

As a real estate agent, I refer my clients to use California Pest Control and they have always been very satisfied with the service.
I just used them for my personal property. The staff is always very professional and explains everything very well as to what is going on at the property and what will need to be done to remedy an issues, if there are any issues. I highly recommend them.

Everything's going smoothly. From the moment we made the phone call, confirmed information and set the first day appointment. John, our service tech, was early and patient . Great attitude.

Do not use this company. They allowed someone to schedule an appointment for my apartment. I was not aware of this appointment nor did I confirm with the company. I work and would need to know about a potential appointment. This way I can communicate with my place of work for time off.
I reached out to the company because my apartment property management, are charging me almost $300 for missed appointments. So, asked them to let me know who scheduled the appointment, and or who did the technician speak with in regards to 3 missed appointments.
They just kept directing me to my property management. They have records of who scheduled an appointment and won't inform me of the who.
They are not a trustworthy business, do not use their services.
