The report provided by inspector does not contain any details of what had been verified or inspected. Entire report only contains 3 lines that to just the disclaimer notes. When called up and reported to the customer service to get the details of inspection report and understand how much percentage was inspected, the home inspector never called the us (customer). We expected the inspection report having attention to details and explanation of satisfactory or unsatisfactory results in the report. We are completely NOT satisfied with the report and service provided. We have paid for the service and we expect response from the inspector or the concerned person and not to the agent who may not have passed the right details to us, agents are hunger for the commission and hide the truths.

This is my first experience with Delk but so far it has a great experience. From the inspector who came to give a bid to Robbie the technician who set rodent traps and sprayed around the house. I switched from a very well know company that wasn't doing their job. Delk has been amazing to work with so far.
