Roofing doctors is an excellent company. They were very quick to respond to our roof leak and provided outstanding service! The repair technician worked hard to find where the leak was. We are very happy we went with roof doctors.
After a couple of inspections from my homeowners insurance, I was told that nothing wrong with the roof.According to them it was leaves and debris that was causing the leak.I had someone removed the leaves and debris during last fall. During first rain the roof was leaking again. So, I called Roof Doctors and Jason came out and found where and what was causing the leak.He gave me a quote a bit pricey but I was confident that Roof Doctors will fix it right. The repairs are done and I’m confident of their quality of service. Now , I can go forward with having a Solar Panels installed.

The inspection and quote were very reasonable. Based off the quality of the write-up and work crew, we have confidence our roof has been fixed.

Initially I was happy with Roof Doctors. Their inspector was friendly and professional, and while expensive, they were not completely unreasonable.
The trouble came when the actual repairman showed up and spent all of 50 minutes to rush through our job. He used mismatched drip-edge and it looked terrible. I called back and they scheduled him to come back and bring matching drip-edge. Fine,.. so far so good… but when he came back the second time, he tore and displaced the underlayment beneath the tile.
They refused to send someone out a third time to fix their damage to my house. They don’t deny tearing my underlayment. It’s clear that they tore it. They just refuse to repair it because ‘my solar panels make the area hard to access’ and it’s ‘my responsibility’ to remove the solar panels before the work and reinstall the solar panels after the work.
That’s like acknowledging that they crashed into my car and agreeing to pay for the parts, but demanding that I take care of the labor because my car is difficult to work on.
Very frustrating conversations and very slow communications as soon as I paid them for the work. I should not have paid them. I think I’m worse off now than when I first called them, and I’m $1400 in the hole.
Update: It’s disappointing to see your company respond in such a prompt and professional manner to this review in a public forum and then promptly reaffirm that your not willing to stand behind your work in a private email. It’s dishonest.

Very satisfied with the inspection. The inspector let me know what he found and will be sending an estimate for proposed fixes.

Very professional and on time. He took the time to explain to me the steps we had to do for my repairs and I was given am estimate shortly after my inspection.

After being stood up by many other roofing companies, Jason showed up first thing in the AM after phoning to say when he’d arrive, then he tarped our damaged roof hours before the rain hit. Jason and Roof Doctors really made our day! Looking forward to getting the damage repaired.
Update: I want to give a shout out to everyone at Roof Drs for exceeding my expectations. They moved up our repair date by 10 days, the crew arrived first thing, knocked out the repair in half a day, made the repair look brand new and cleaned up after the job was done. Completely professional job when no one else would even call us back. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks, Roof Doctors!

the man that came to the door seemed professional, appreciated that on first arrival and at the finish although no phone call to say they were coming. Without being able to get on the roof to see the work I have to assume it was done correctly and when a bad storm comes our way then I'll know for sure. I'm rating 5 stars while crossing my fingers

Easy to read report and convenient communication to get scheduled for repairs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance work or roof replacements. I have used them multiple times for many different types of repairs or replacements!
