Got on the phone with Mr. Knudsen, wasn’t sure if there was some confusion as to why I was calling but he was extra rude and hung up in my face. Probably a bit overwhelmed and cannot handle his workload. Whatever expertise he has I’m sure there are other people who can help you with negotiating with an insurance company during the event of a claim.
