Yes, I would definitely recommend American Vision Windows. The project manager Craig was very helpful in explaining everything to me. He provided window samples and explained the pros and cons of each window. He was very receptive to any questions or concerns. Craig has been extremely helpful in trying to obtain my HOA approval and always goes out of his way to be helpful. He is a very good communicator and has keep me well informed of any details pertaining to my project. So far, I am very glad that I went with American Vision Windows.

My windows have not yet been installed, so this review is about the sales meeting, the initial measurement, and the final measurement work. Craig is the sales gentleman and has been great to work with. He's knowledgeable and personable. While the windows are slightly more than we had budgeted, compared to the other window replacement offerings, the quality is absolutely superior! As far as the final measurement work, Juan is the gentleman who came out to take the measurements. Juan was courteous, detailed, asked clarifying questions where necessary, and I felt confident that the results will be exactly as asked. So far so good! After install, may supplement this review.

After extensive research and many Nextdoor referrals, we called American Vision Windows. Josh came out a few days later, did all the measurements, and went over everything thoroughly. The installation process went smoothly, and the installers were professional and friendly. Our new windows and sliding glass door are absolutely beautiful and have made such a huge improvement to our home. We are thrilled with the results and are so happy we decided to go with American Vision Windows!

Our entire process at American Vision Windows was flawless! We were in need of replacing 1-3 windows at our home and contacted AVW for a quote. "Sky" arrived and ended up measuring all of our 11 windows for replacement, just in case. He gave us a very good deal on replacing them all - and exactly the type of windows we wanted, as some windows were just picture windows. About 6 weeks later our windows arrived and we booked a time for install. We were told the crew would be at our house between 8:30-9:30 and the job would take till about 4pm. Well, Johnny, Carlos, Marcos and Tony arrived promptly at 8am (we had a double crew). Johnny was the lead and walked me through the house explaining how the whole process would work and checking the access to each window that was being replaced. They knocked the job out in just 4 hours! At noon, Johnny walked me through the entire house again showing me all of the features of the windows, explaining the install, the warranty, who to contact if there were any issues, etc. Looking at the install, it was top notch! From the way they were installed on the exterior and the outstanding job of the trim on the inside, we are really happy with the purchase. We did have one hiccup during the install - one window (our massive 8'wide by 5' tall one) was forgotten at the warehouse. Johnny and his team had another truck deliver the window during the install, but this didn't slow down the process at all. In fact, they never even mentioned the issue to us, they just handled it like the pros they are. Big thank you to Johnny, Carlos and the team at AVW. I will refer anyone that speaks the words "windows/doors" to us - and our neighborhood was built in 1997, so they're all in the need now being over 25 years old. Skip the big box stores - they're just the middleman for real companies like AVW.
