I called regarding a simple repair job, and the technician arrived and insisted it was a minimum of a $4000 repair job on the basis of looking at the outside of the electric panel and a light switch plate. This is a fraud, bilking people for the $69 !arrive fee plus a $79 inspection fee. I cannot see how they can in good conscience charge me for an "inspection fee" for what they did. Call a reputable company, not these scam artists.

Had power go out Monday, 7/8 at 9am in middle of heat wave! Quickly checked online and found Aleco Electric. Quickly booked appt for next day at 4pm. Coordinated to meetet technician at home. After a quick check of all electric panels, he located a bad circuit breaker and for a very fair, minimal service charge and reasonable breaker replacement charge, my house power was back up and running! Due to extreme heat, my dogs and I spent one more night away with family and returned early the next morning. For a widowed, 70 yr old the service was great and quick and within my fixed budget. Will use again and highly recommend to anyone in a similar situation!

Not sure how your company has a 4.9 rating. First of all, your electrician Mike was arrogant and rude. Secondly, he just came to “troubleshoot “ and was not even prepared to do any work. Took 1 second to look and quickly made a decision that the whole Light system needed to be changed. No effort at all to determine whether anything could be repaired. No patience to explain things for a lay person to understand what the repairs or replacement would entail. When asked to explain further, got annoyed at the questions and just kept on repeating what he previously said. As if adding more insult to injury, he had the audacity to say that they weren’t “cheap” when asked about cost of repair. I’d give a 1 star at best for the effort of showing up and charging a “service call.” Overall an AWFUL experience with this guy. This company should choose their service people better! Would never recommend this company to anyone! If you want to get agitated, call this place.

Ultimately good, but the person who came out orginally did not give his crew much information to the job, and I never heard back from him again. But the techs were great and did a fine job of overcoming that and making it work.

My husband and I been dealing with our electricity being so expensive. I look around on google and found this place! Gave it a chance to call and the customer service was great! Schedule my appointment to have a technician come out. The day of the appointment a technician name Chris text my husband he was on his way. Not even 20 minutes after that text, Chris stated that he didn’t have all the tools and needed to speak to his boss and call us back. An hour went by and still no answer from Chris, my husband decided to call Chris and he didn’t answer. He quickly text my husband, “I’ll call you back!” Well guess what Chris never came through nor even bother to call us back! Horrible encounter and I will never book with them ever again! I’m glad Chris flaked out

He gave his assessment in easy to understand terms and was very proud of the company he represented. No question he had integrity and best intentions about what I needed to do to get my house up to date. He encouraged me to do my due diligence as he is the first electrician I met for my home project. He was not high pressure, but enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Very good experience meeting with him. Great service really nice guys came out helped with a circuit acting weird in the master bedroom. Got it fixed in 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable. Price was more than fair. If your local to Lincoln and Rockland would definitely recommend calling them for any electrical issues.
