We purchased a beautiful front door from West Coast Sash & Door. Unfortunately, through no fault of their own, there were some issues with the hardware.
Arlene (owner) and Rick both worked patiently and tirelessly to resolve the issue to our complete satisfaction. They stand by their products and provide excellent customer service. It was a pleasure working with them.

They did an amazing job with our windows, we’re very accommodating and went the extra mile with permits and with getting the best materials. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Awesome place! Used them for a slider on our back house and currently waiting for the windows on our main house to come in. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff( Felicia was great), and the prices are the best we came across after receiving 5 other quotes from companies. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot.

West Coast Sash and Door replaced all the doors and windows in my 1943 concrete block house, a real challenge. Excellent job from start to finish. The estimate was carefully done and accurate. The installation was done perfectly. The job site was kept clean and organized. At the end of the day I could only tell they had been there by the great new windows. All the staff was efficient, hard working and friendly. The best.

West Coast Door and Sash are an excellent company. I talked to Rick and he came out the next day and took all the measurements and so then I bought some screen doors and they said they were going to be 4-6 weeks but it only took them 2 weeks! I was super stoked about that since it was summer and hot. The installation guys were really cool. I forget their names unfortunately but they not only perfectly fitted my three screen doors which are working excellent, he also fixed my front door and how it closes! I’m so grateful for that. They did an excellent job. I’m going to be calling Rick again for 2 other windows that need replacement in my house. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They really care about their customers. At least they did to me.

A fire rages, your neighborhood is burnt to the ground; you must face the music and rebuild. It’s a process that I don’t wish on anyone. But when you have a company like West Coast Sash and Door on your side, the bitter pill becomes much more palatable to swallow.
The first time I walked into West Cast Sash and Doors, I was not only impressed with the displays of doors and windows, but also with the friendliness of the staff. Everyone is there to help you at your own pace and level of discovery. From start to finish they demonstrate a high-level of professionalism and competency. They truly know what they are doing. We were fortunate to have Susan Loyal as our agent and representative. She walked us through the technical details of our purchase and never once flinched at the 30,000 questions I asked. The selection was a joy, the transaction a breeze and the outcome stunning. Armando and Rick are outstanding at delivery and installation of the finished product. I don’t think you can find a more knowledgeable staff or a more caring group of professionals who arrive on time and keep their word. Many construction experiences can be harrowing but working with West Coast Sash and Door was a blessing and a gift. I will stand on top of a mountain and shout their praises, or you can simply read this review and make up your own mind. I know they will take great care of you and your needs with smiles on their faces, a great deal of knowledge in their heads, experience on their track record and truth in their hearts.
