I botched scheduling an appointment with Shane by never confirming it with an invite. It was to meet and discuss irrigation repairs after a very large water main project. Shane called Buzz who happened to be close by and Buzz dropped everything he was doing to meet with us to discuss the concerns on site. They get five stars from me for how responsive they were instead of waiting to reschedule. Not many company presidents will do that like Buzz did. Buzz was very analytical and straightforward when discussing the concerns with us as well.

We used Diamond to install a fire line while converting a building to a childcare facility in Wheat Ridge. Everyone we met was beyond professional, and the installation was seamless. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Diamond to anyone and would gladly use them again!

When I woke up to not having any water this week, I didn't know where to turn. I assume I had a frozen water service, but thawing from the inside was not working. The plumbers that came out were no help. Since I work in the civil engineering field, I knew I needed a good excavation contractor. I contacted Diamond Contracting and they had a crew out same day. They had the service line dug up in no time and helped triage the situation. When that didn't work, they didn't just shrug their shoulders and leave, they stuck around and helped figure out the issue. They were professional, kind and great at what they do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing utility work done outside their home. I am a customer for life!

We had a water line break at work, during our busiest season. Buzz, the owner of Diamond Contracting, came out for an estimate right away, and his crew was here at 8 the next morning. Thanks to their fast work, we were without water for less than 24 hours. We have an odd-sized water line connecting to the main (where the break was), and they were able to get the part and repair quickly. They charged us a fair price, the crew was nice, polite, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. I can't say enough good things about the experience.
