Our tech Tom was great! He managed to get the job done in our cramped laundry area, and got the issue fixed even though our machine fought back a bit! It was wonderful that someone was able to come out so quickly, I was sure I was going end up at the laundry mat.
Jose came out to inspect my dryer and provided a quote for repairs. He was kind, patient and did his best to explain so that we understood the concerns. Highly recommend.

This company was amazing. They responded quickly and got me scheduled within a day. Tom was our tech and he was friendly and helpful and was able to fix the issue with an hour! I was very happy with the service and will be using them again

Spoke with manger “Martha” today(that’s the name she gave me). 6 months ago we called action appliance because our oven would not preheat. They told us the mother board ($1000 part) was bad. So we paid them to replace it. It never worked. The oven still does not preheat. We have called them almost monthly since then asking them to take another look and help figure out what the real problem is. Now they say they will not come out because the “mother board works fine”. But that was obviously because it was never the problem to begin with. So now they have our $1000 for replacing the most expensive part on our oven but they never fixed the problem we called about. A complete scam. Avoid this outfit if you can. They do bad work and do not stand behind their work.

Jose provided excellent service! He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He left the area spotless and also vacuumed up the entire area. I called Action Appliance at 9:00 AM on a Saturday and Jose was here to repair our dryer within a few hours.
Highly recommended and will absolutely be contacting Action Appliance in the future. Thank you Jose for your expertise and wonderful service!

After contacting Action Appliance, they promptly dispatched Robert within a couple of hours. Robert displayed exceptional professionalism and precision in diagnosing the issue. He efficiently identified the problem and arranged for the necessary parts to be installed the following day. I highly recommend Robert for his outstanding technician skills.

Andrew was great! He diagnosed my dishwasher issue quickly and got the proper parts ordered. He was also able to replace the broken part a few days later in less than an hour. Very pleased with the service I received and appreciate him making the entire process hassle free.

Brandon did a great job on the repair, and was a very nice to me and my barking puppy. Very professional and approachable with all my questions! Great office staff too, we called to determine when our appointment would be and they provided updates on when the part arrived and when they would install (next day because we put 50% down). Lubricated our rollers on our dryer while it was dismantled to fix something else. Great customer service!
