Incredible experience working with Adam on my GE Cafe Refrigerator. Very few people in any profession have the technical chops and customer service to go with it. He was able to troubleshoot a very tricky problem with the defroster and explained the whole process thoroughly. Did the repair very timely and super friendly person in general. Very transparent with pricing and he does not overcharge or take advantage very refreshing in todays world. Thanks Adam for doing a great job!

As everyone else mentioned in these reviews, Adam is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. It is obvious that he takes great pride in his work and company. He truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond the norm. My husband and I enjoyed chatting with him. I hope nothing else breaks down, but if it does, I have comfort in knowing exactly who to call.

I called 2-10 Home Buyer Warranty and Colorado Repair Works came out very quick. Great job explaining everything to me. The job was not covered under the warranty as the issue was not making the dishwasher not function, my bad, but or technician explained he could fix it for the full price. Price was fair, reasonable, and parts were genuine GE (Profile). Thank you, again, Adam. I have your info now and will call you first for item that need adjusting before they break verses completely broken call 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. :)

Adam was incredibly helpful with getting my dishwasher up and running. He was very kind and pleasant as well as just all around great at what he does. He had to do a rebuild on some parts and was able to do it despite some of the pieces being discontinued. I spent way less than what I expected. I highly recommend giving him a call for anything you need help with. You're going to get an honest expectation and work with integrity. That goes a long way these days.

Adam was a delight to have in my home. I was having issues with my 20 yr old refrigerator - door wouldn't stay closed, ice maker wasn't working, a drawer was busted. Adam came in and was able to find all the parts needed for the repair; he did the repairs quickly and I feel like I have a new fridge!!! It is unbelievable. Saved me a ton of money by repairing the old vs buying new... He even brought me a little bottle of appliance paint to cover some scratches which occurred when we moved into the house. I can't recommend Adam enough for quick response to my needs and the price was reasonable. I recommended him to a friend, and she felt the same way about him. He is very courteous and friendly, trustworthy and I really enjoyed chatting with him. He is a very interesting person and I didn't know him before he came to service my very old refrigerator. A friend recommended him to me and spoke highly of him and she was spot on! I would call him first on any appliance need. I would even wait for him if he was really busy. He's that good and pleasant!!
