Gerrit was very helpful and professional! I scheduled a general tuneup and he was very honest in what we needed and with no purchase pressure! We ended up getting a new motor and safety wire. He was willing to work with our work schedules for a different day after parts came in. Gerrit did a fantastic and efficient job!

My door doesn't close. I have the original door on my garage. Probably 15 or 16 yrs old. I had Don's come out to replace the springs because one of them had broken. After putting in the springs, door no longer fully closes. The techs had no suggestions other than charging me an additional 72 dollars to lube and tighten the bolts on the runners. Oh and of course 2 grand for the top panel replacement or 4 grand for a new door. It worked before they got here but not now.....

I called Don’s Garage because I needed to get a new garage door and opener. I made my first appointment and the day of the appointment I was called to be notified that it was being cancelled because too many techs were out sick. I got it rescheduled and I ordered my garage door. It got installed 6 weeks later but it had broken trim so that needs to be fixed and one panel on the inside was dented and even had a puncture, while another panel has some damage as well. I called about the dents and puncture and they scheduled me to have a tech come out again to look at it. And again now the day before that appointment it was cancelled again. Needless to say I’m not pleased with this experience and at this point would not recommend them to any of my friends or family.
