We absolutely loved working with Bruce and his installers. Bruce came out initially to inspect what we thought was water damage from a leak around our window, check out our kitchen bay window cracked trim and evaluate water drainage from our patio sliding door. He was very informative and blunt with his analysis which we appreciated, and he understood our budget considering multiple future projects. We ended up not needing to fix the leak - there wasn’t one that he could tell and it hasn’t been an issue since. The cracked trim was up to us but it wasn’t really a “must do now” item as it wasn’t causing any water damage to the home but would need replacing at some point. The sliding door was more of an immediate fix, plus Bruce highlighted some benefits to updating the door since that room generally hemorrhages heat/cold. Bruce was up front stating they’re not the cheapest but they’re not the most costly either - they have a great product like most window/door companies you’ll call, but I promise you they do an even better installation than most which is why we chose Bruce and his team. Door was ordered, came in earlier than expected, installed in a couple hours, and his install team even took into account the fact that we wanted to update our siding soon. It’s a very clean install, looks seamless and carefully done. I appreciate the install team treating our home like it was their own rather than doing a shoddy job just to cut a check - it really means the world to us. Bruce was very communicative during the entire process, readily answers his phone or returns calls, answers whatever questions you have and even welcomes the discussion. We also needed a couple simple things after the install and he was quick to order them. It’s a beautiful door, an easy and useful update to our home and we couldn’t be happier with Bruce and One Window At A Time. We’ll be reaching out when we eventually get around to the other projects in our home, for sure. Thanks Bruce and Team!!

Bruce (owner) is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time ensuring all my questions were answered when he came by for a free estimate 5-6 weeks ago. What impressed me most was the communication and execution. Bruce remained in contact keeping me posted on progress. He was able to beat the projected installation timeframe, which made me very happy. He also came out the day of install to ensure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend One Window at a Time to anyone! Pricing is fair and I love my new kitchen window!

I highly recommend One Window At a Time. 10/10 experience with Bruce and the crew. My wife and I received quotes from 4 companies – One Window at a Time, Anderson by Renewal, Lifetime, and another local company. One Window At a Time had the lowest price, made the best impression, and they offered the fastest installation. First of all, One Window At a Time was the only company to give us a quote over the phone. The other firms we considered wouldn’t share pricing until they came to our house. Bruce (the owner) won integrity points from the get-go and was easy to work with. Bruce offered the highest quality and surprisingly came in at the most affordable price. He uses the same install crew for all his projects – this helps him ensure that quality meets expectations. Plus, he goes the extra mile by using high quality materials with everything like top-tier caulk rather than letting contractors pick up the cheapest supplies from Home Depot. We replaced every window in our home and we couldn’t be happier with the project.
