My husband and I have been very satisfied with our experience with Boulder Land Consultants. Jason and his team located original pins that had been buried for almost fifty years, sometimes under two feet of dirt. Everyone was professional and courteous, and the survey was completed in a timely fashion. Their work allowed us to successfully negotiate with our neighbors to reclaim a significant amount of property that had been encroached on and to feel confident investing in a beautiful but expensive fence. We are happy to recommend Boulder Land Consultants' services.
Kayce was fantastic to work with on our project! Communication was excellent and the end product was extremely well done! Great job Boulder Land Consultants!

Boulder Land Consultants did a wonderful job completing a Land Survey Plat for our property. Kayce was very informative, thorough, and professional. The survey crew were polite and efficient. Work was finished on time. The Plat document is detailed and beautifully presented. A very positive experience. Highly recommended.

We had a frustrating experience. We needed one side of our property surveyed but got upsold to a thorough review of the property. However, all we received was a handful of stakes and an invoice - not even an email, which we had asked for, about the findings. Unfortunately, they were also unprofessional disparaging Flatirons Surveying and showing up two days before the scheduled date.

Kacey Keane got back to us immediately with a very comprehensive and reasonable estimate. We absolutely would have used her but out mountain property was under contract and she was at least six weeks out.
Because of our time constraints we went with one of the three others she recommended that had better availability. Kacey was kind and professional. I know she would have done an excellent survey.

I can’t recommend Boulder Land Consultants highly enough. From the first call, my experience with this company was fantastic. Our timeline was tight, but Kayce assured me she could get it done on time. Since I was somewhat unsure of which type of survey to order for a unique situation, she explained each one, made some valuable suggestions, and recommended that I call other companies before deciding to move forward. That really said a lot to me. After speaking to a few other companies, there was no comparison. Boulder Land Consultants is the best choice.
All my communications with Kayce, Jason, and her team were very good. Responses were quick and everyone was more than willing to answer my questions. Kayce is so personable that conversations with her are like a friend that you have known for years. In the end, my survey was completed early, even after the addition of an elevation certificate. I couldn’t be happier with their services and their willingness to help guide me through the process. They exceeded my expectations - by far!

Kayce Keane is a ROCKSTAR! I bought raw land in Boulder, and needed survey work done for a new construction house, boundary, Boulder County permitting, site plan, height verification, etc. I knew pretty much nothing about surveying, but Kayce was the ONLY person in Boulder/Denver that actually took the time to explain everything and offered a fair price. The level of service and communication was just truly top notch! Kayce was so helpful in the entire process, and helped educate me on the steps involved in surveying, transferring that data to 3D architectural programs, etc. Anytime I needed something, she was there READY to help.
I couldn't be happier! She is a wonderful person and Boulder Land Consultants are a DREAM team to work with! If you're hunting around for a survey company, do yourself a favor... Don't waste time calling other places who WAY overcharge and could care less about you. Reach out to BLC and speak with Kayce, you will be so so happy you did! I was. :)
