Jack was personable and professional. He asked if I had any questions. He did a great job! Would definitely have them and him in again if I needed something done.
Good service thus far - had to go back to the property management and get someone else to do the tub, because JSI doesn't do that, but otherwise, professional, friendly, quick and very nice :)

I rent through Blue Olive Properties and try hard to not phone them for maintenance until there are a few issues to tend to. When I need help, the job is pretty big with several items to fix. My amazing Landlord sent out the very best team, over this last week and a half.
Jack was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, quick, detailed and took care of doorknobs throughout the house and more. Just awesome and needs to be commended for making homeowners like me feel heard and helped. Thank you, Jack, for the doorknob tutorial, it was so awesome of you to take the extra few minutes to answer all of my questions!
Also, Nik another awesome member of your team helped by installing a new toilet. He quickly found that not only the toilet, but the Flange needed replaced and he fixed it quickly, as well as noticing the extra space under the toilet that needed to be leveled. In addition, he was on time, incredibly friendly and explanatory on all he was doing. Thanks for the extra touch Nik, of folding the toilet paper pretty and putting your Just Screw It Inc, stamp on a job completed and very well done!
It was a pleasure working with both gentleman and I would highly recommend Just Screw It Inc, to anyone needing work done.

Byron was awesome, super polite, personable, and professional. Was in and out quickly and even went above and beyond to make sure things looked as clean as possible. Would highly recommend!

**Update!! They sent someone else out to replace the broken blinds. He was super friendly and kind, and the blinds look great. He also gave us Starbucks gift cards as a gesture. Unnecessary but thoughtful!**. Original review: The handyman was here to replace a set of blinds. He arrived on time and was quick and efficient. He left and told me it was fixed. A few minutes later I went to check the blind, and it has two broken pieces. So, thats disappointing.
