All Phase Locating was quick and responsive and they went above and beyond to give me all the info I needed to avoid hitting any lines. They even went over the 811 and gas company lines to give me a better idea of the layout underground. I still think it’s crazy that 811 won’t locate from the meter to my house but that is a whole different issue.

I had to call Chuck last minute because 811 would not mark the public gas and electric lines in my backyard, as they apparently consider the lines running from the meter to my house to be private, which I found out a week before I had a tree planting. So I was told I needed a private locator and the first company I contacted, Apex, quoted me $350. Chuck responded immediately, and even tried helping over the phone to save me money! What a quality worker and company. Can’t thank you enough, Chuck. Will always recommend!

All Phase Locating was upstanding and kind in helping us when we were in a bind with the public utility locates just not being completed before our ticket date came due. We were able to complete our project on time thanks to All Phase going out of their way on a Friday night for us! If you have a need, they are the company to call!
