We had a warranty on our dryer through best buy and D3/A-OK Appliance was contracted with the warranty company for the repair. Domingo was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was able to get the belt fixed on our dryer and it's running perfectly now. I will be requesting Domingo for any future appliance repairs!

We have used D3 in the past and been quite happy with the result. This go round, we had them come out to fix our dryer (5 years old) that wasn’t heating up (only issue we were having). We had a few visits to fix the issue as there were bumps in the road but in the end we are all fixed up and very happy with the result. Scott in the office came to make sure the repair was done properly and that everything was running the way it was supposed to. Very happy with our newly fixed dryer and very happy with D3 and their customer service. Looking forward to working with them in the future if/when needed.

My service time was between 8 and 12pm. He failed to show up until 2pm. Didn't bother to contact me at all. Since he was so late I had to have my daughter wait for him to arrive. He was a total jerk to my daughter and when she had to call me to ask questions, he was rude and treated me like crap. He lied to me about what repairs I needed and what the cost would be.

With this company you never get to talk to a person. They only text or email. This is a terrible company and I would recommend using the other Maytag approved company for warranty service or any other services you may need. Stay away from D3, as they are certainly not A-OK and will try and charge you for services you do not need. Very very poor.

D3 was very fast to respond to our refrigerator lights not all working in our Whirlpool. Joe replaced "ALL" the lights, but on the last light in the freezer the female end of the connector came off. Joe called the Whirlpool Tech and was informed that it was "Not" repairable. So I contacted Whirlpool to confirm this. They confirmed that it "Was Not Repairable". Whirlpool did offer me a 20% discount on a "New One", but I would have to purchase it online and from their list of suppliers. I then contacted D3 again and they sent Joe back out to clarify the light issue. Joe was very helpful and helped me understand how the system works. To sum it up, All the lights are "Bright". Thank you D3 and Joe for your prompt response to our issue.

Thank goodness for D3/A-OK Appliance Service! We have had to have our 4-year-old washer diagnosed and repaired twice and hands down, D3/A-OK is the best place to call on when you have an issue with your appliance! Our recent visit was by Glenn who was a consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to tell us exactly what the problem was within minutes and walk us through measures to take to prevent it from occurring in the future. The next time we have an issue with any of our appliances, we are definitely calling D3/A-OK and requesting Glenn to be our service technician! He and the company are a great asset to our community!
