Shane and his crew do awesome work! I couldn't find a chair I could afford to replace my ancient Lay Z Boy, which was still so comfy but looked like a wreck. A friend who rebuilds vintage automobiles recommended Timberline and I couldn't be happier! Kim helped me pick great fabric (they have a terrific selection of top-quality materials) and now I have what looks like a new chair at half the cost of what I would have spent to replace the old one! We were on the waiting list to have our big sectional recovered, after a recommendation from American Furniture Galleries. AFG said 'if you love your couch, and can't find anything else you like (which I couldn't) you should keep it and use Timberline to reupholster it.' What a FABULOUS recommendation - I am SO glad that we did!! It took about 13 months total from waiting list to completion but it was 1000% WORTH THE WAIT!! The guys are wonderful to work with, respect your home on pick up and delivery, and are just so pleasant overall. Our couch looks even better than we expected...it is a BRAND NEW couch! Picking out the fabric was fun, very fair pricing, you just have to be a bit patient with the process. We had repainted so wanted to move from brown to black and it's perfect to us :)!

I had made a custome foam gaurd for my moss rock fire place. I have a 3 year old son and was worried about him smashing his head. The foam is great for protection, but man oh man, it was an eye sore. The upholstery was so reasonably priced, the staff was amazing, the "guard dogs" are great little helpers. I'm so glad I went to a "mom and pops" store, rather than going to a corporate own store. They remembered my name AND my son's name. That is great customer service! Thank you so much for all yalls help! It turned out great! **fyi I upholstered the foam myself, so it is not as professional as if I had them do it, but it got the job done. I am a happy ma'am for sure. :)
