Found Above The Rest by online search, after contacting my sticker garage door company and them saying that repairs couldn't be done, only panel and entire door replacements.
Called Above The Rest for a repair bid and Crystal, very personable, scheduled a prompt appointment. Joe called within an hour and arrived at appointed time.
Very satisfied with Above The Rest, a local company with skilled, experienced, professional and reliable employees.
Excellent customer service and excellent repair by Joe. Highly recommend. Five stars.

Had a torsion spring break on my garage door. I tried trouble shooting it myself and very quickly realized I had no idea what to do. I called Ed and he was very responsive and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He even is coming out to the house within 24 hours of me calling to replace it. If you were on the fence about calling for help I highly recommend you do call.
Update: Joe came out this morning and did everything that was explained and couldn’t have done a better job! Thanks guys!

A spring on my garage door broke yesterday afternoon. I called the original installer based on the sticker on the door itself. It's that other company...OverMyWallet door company or something like that. They were apparently going to be really expensive and didn't appear to be able to give me a good idea of what it would ultimately cost. So I called Above the Rest Garage Door Repair, and through a bit of a fluke, got to talk to Ed directly. He let me know what it would cost, and yes it was a bit more than normal because it was after hours, but guess what...still much less than the other company seemed to be indicating. Then his scheduler, I think her name was Crystal, called me back and confirmed what Ed said about the price and got us scheduled for little later in the evening. There was a slight mix up about what time Ed would be there, but frankly, I didn't really care. I was just glad he would and could get there as soon as he did. When Ed got there, he got right to it and had the new springs installed and the door opening properly in less than an hour. He even let me bother him while he worked. THANKS ED!

Above the Rest Garage Door handled my new door order with great efficiency. The 2 gentlemen that came to install the door were very courteous and professional. They removed the old door and hardware and replace it with the new door very quickly and carefully.
I appreciate their attention to detail and the care they took to clean the garage floor and removing and hauling away all the old parts.
I definitely recommend Ed Smith's Above the Rest Garage Door Service.

Fantastic company, service, product and price. From the moment I called, to the estimate, to the new garage door and motor install, my experience was with people with high integrity, educational and super kind. Hannah was wonderful to work with on the ordering and Joe & Joe are stellar installers. No more 1967 uninsulated, heavy wood garage door that wouldn't open properly for many months. I'm so happy with my new garage door and highly recommend Above The Rest Garage Door!!!
