Personally, I prefer to hire small-businesses and local contractors to best do my part to support the community and that's why I chose J's Overhead Doors initially. Stephanie was a delight to talk to and she was very accomodating to find a time to get me on their schedule while working around my limited availability. I hit the jackpot when Jeff came to help fix my garage (I, admittedly, tried to do it myself on multiple occasions to no avail before hiring J's Overhead Doors). He was able to explain to me what I had been doing wrong, was able to get everything up and running for me, provided me with the parts I needed (even though I'd told him I had everything... or so I thought) and even helped me to carry in an Amazon package just to be kind. He was pleasant, polite, helpful, punctual, friendly, and even the dogs took a liking to him which is a win in this house! I would highly recommend this company.
Our garage door spring broke late on a Saturday afternoon. Who should we call? Our neighbors J&T just had some work done and they highly recommended J’s. I checked out their website and left an email explaining the problem and our desire to get on their schedule. This was about 5 PM on Saturday. By 6 PM Stephanie emailed us that Jeff would be there around 4 PM on Monday. She included an estimate for the job. Jeff called us about 25 minutes out. He completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Why can’t everything be this easy? Thanks guys!

As a Realtor/Broker, It's difficult to find tradesmen who are 5 stars CONSISTENTLY!! Always easy to communicate, schedule and discuss what the issue is and what potential solutions are. Beyond repairs, it's who I recommend to clients who are looking for custom doors/operators to meet their unique needs. It's rare to have somebody's card I can hand out and absolutely guarantee they will take care of my clients and coworkers. I will ALWAYS recommend J's Overhead.

I highly recommend J's Overhead Doors. A few years back I had a spring break on our door. Jeff came out and fixed it - great service, great price.
Fast forward to a recent Friday night, a cable broke and we could not get the door open. Vehicles were trapped.
I contacted Jeff through their web page at 8:00 pm. Within 15 minutes I had a reply that he would be by on Saturday to fix our door. He showed up and fixed the door within 30 minutes.
Again, great service and a great price.

I highly recommend J's Overhead Doors. I reached out to them regarding replacement doors, Stephanie responded quickly and scheduled a visit. Jeff arrived on time and was very knowledgeable regarding the look and quality we wanted.
We placed our order knowing there would be a long lead time due to the current supply chain issues. Jeff kept us updated the entire time.
The install was perfection! Jeff and Jordan did a amazing job and we are so pleased with their craftsmanship and customer service. They take pride in their work. This experience with J's is why we support local buisness.
