From start to finish, a top-notch, quality experience with Branden and Alpine Fence! Branden was appropriately responsive to our initial inquiry about an estimate to replace most of the 35-year-old fence that encircled our back yard. When he came to take measurements and give us the estimate, it was immediately clear that he had lots of experience and expertise and a great working knowledge about the best products/methods to use to insure that our new fence would be well-built. He also did not try to talk us into anything we didn't need (a section of our "old" fence was replaced 5 years ago, and Branden agreed that it was well-done and in good shape so didn't need to be replaced). The project took 3.5 days and we couldn't have been happier with the crew Branden sent. Chris, Mathew and Matt were polite, professional, hard-working, and talented. Chris checked in with us often and as they worked, we could see many examples of their attention to detail, especially how they found work-arounds for any build issues that came up. This crew (and Branden) takes pride in their work, and it shows in our beautiful new fence!
Branden and his team did an excellent job on my fence. They were very professional on the job site, paid serious attention to my special requests, and delivered quality work that is guaranteed for two years! Not to mention that they delivered for a couple thousand under the estimates from some of the larger contractors here in town listed on the BBB website! You can rest easy knowing you'll get a fair shake from alpine Fence, Inc.!

Branden and his team are exceptional! We've had several large fence projects done with them and each time a consistently excellent experience - quality workmanship, cheerful compliance with our requests, and always always courteous, appreciative, and friendly guys! HIGHLY recommend!

They came out and repaired my fence after the hail storm. There were a couple of miscommunications, but Branden worked with me and even went above and beyond even AFTER we had already paid the final bill. I would use them again!

This business failed the interview badly.
On my initial phone contact, the owner gave me his email address so I could send over the work proposal for review. I did, attaching three drawings. After getting no response for I a week, I called back, and he confirmed that he got the email. He obviously didn’t expect a call from me and started engaging in contradictory hemming and hawing about why he hadn’t responded. He said my project was too small. Then he said the project seemed to big for my budget. I asked, “How do you know what my budget is?” That question was followed by a long, telling silence, as there had been zero discussion of my email proposal, which he ignored upon receipt.
From day one, the owner unilaterally decided that my project in eastern El Paso County is too small for him, but too expensive for my (undisclosed) budget, and not worthy of even acknowledging.
The project involves nearly 200 feet of fencing and a solar electric entry gate. It’s the first phase of work on a property that could use literally one mile of new fencing just on the perimeter.
So beware of Alpine Fence, a small business with an oversized attitude about which prospective customers they’ll even acknowledge, let alone work with. Unfortunately, it’s a common story among many small-time businesses that ignore/ghost the people and things that the proprietor deems irrelevant to the bottom line, like courteous, straightforward communication—with everybody, whether or not they become a customer.
My fencing projects are going to someone else.
