Talked to Craig on the phone. He told me to come down and checked my new washer, which I didn't buy there, because I couldn't start it. Did a good diagnosis and found a dented valve cover was interfering with lifters.Sent me on my way. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. Will use and recommend CRAIG'S to any one in need.
( Dear Griffin, I'm changing my review as this went just from ok to cringe the response from the owner of the company is a literal omen in itself. One maybe you looked up micheal instead of matt and 2nd chill out dude 3 stars means it was ok, just because it aint perfect doesnt mean anything and fix your issues in house and it would have been better. I dont need someone to fix my issue anymore. It's just a review.) (I thought they fixed the issue but they didnt) They fixed our problems but I'm not to sure about this location no welder which is odd for a power equipment shop. Price a little high. Took a long time.

Griffin was great. Highly recommend Craig’s for all your power equipment needs. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly.

Always so professional and friendly. They make sure you are happy when you walk out the door, Griffin was absolutely awesome. I honestly don’t remember having as good customer service as them!! I will definitely keep buying equipment from them!

Can’t say enough about how great everyone is here. Katjia and Griffin were awesome. Worked with us and found equipment that would work for our facility. Excellent customer service, super helpful and knowledgeable. Will be our go to business for power equipment for the future. Thanks again to all of you!
