I couldn’t be happier and pleased with the excellent service I received from Pamela regarding my master bathroom addition. Pamela’s expertise and knowledge helped guide me effortlessly through the process of selecting fixtures to match my vision, design and budget. She cheerfully and quickly responded via email, texts and voicemail to the many questions I had for her. Pamela was a pleasure to work with and I enjoyed getting to know her. I've been working with Jim at Dahl Plumbing for all my clients for years. He is full knowledge, always takes care of warranty issues and answers questions quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend Dahl plumbing for anyone who wants quality products and quality service.

Jim at Dahl plumbing was recommended by a neighbor. I had a wonderful experience working with him. We are building a new home and needed all areas covered. Jim took the time and helped us figure out what items worked together to make our home cohesive. The delivery went smoothly as well, they were on time and easy to work with. There was an issue with one item. Jim/Dahl Plumbing was very helpful with taking care of this matter. It is nice working with a company where customer service comes first. I have recommend Jim to several of my friends and they too have had a positive experience.

I can't say enough great things about Jim and Dahl Plumbing. We are a
kitchen design showroom and general contractors. I always send all of our clients to Jim and I ask them to call him first to schedule an appointment because he is a professional who is busy. I get nothing put positive feedback from my clients, how they enjoyed meeting him, how he educated them so they could make the best decision for their particular needs and budget and how they had so much fun! Jim is always prompt with getting me the follow up information I need, extremely helpful when it comes to questions or changes that need to be made to place an order.
He always keeps me informed of E.T.A., when the product has arrived
and provides prompt delivery service. Jim and Dahl Plumbing are a very accommodating, pleasant, professional partner to team with.
