Chris was quick to respond, scheduled on short notice. He was friendly, professional and prompt. He brought another member from his team with him and they went over all major systems. These guys know there stuff and where able to show what was more serious and what was not. As an out of state buyer they explained some of things specific to Colorado to be aware of. This was well worth the affordable fees and my trip to be there in person. I would highly recommend Chris and his team. The final report was comprehensive, clear and included pictures of the issues. Chris did a home inspection on our families new home and is the best inspector we have used out of 3 homes. During the process he was extremely thorough, informative, knowledgeable, and considerate with our concerns. I will definitely be recommending him to any and all friends or coworkers. He takes his time with each room and brought up the smallest items all the way to possible issues that could arise in the future. This was not our first time buying so the things we didn’t like with other inspectors we were happy to see Chris was very thorough with. Can’t go wrong with Chris!!!

Chris was fantastic! He knew exactly what to look for, explained everything to me, answered all my questions and I feel much more comfortable with the home because of his findings. Will recommend to anybody I know purchasing a home. Payment was easy, easy to schedule and the report was very detailed!

This is a review where the inspection caused us NOT to take the house--which can be equally important as being on time, doing a thorough job, and being a good value. We had seen a couple of "things" we didn't like in the house, but Chris's inspection showed us that if we had to replace/repair the large scale issues, we'd be spending about 100K in addition to purchase price. He saved us a headache by being straightforward and factual in his work.

We were able to schedule a home inspection through Insight Home Inspections very quickly after going under contract for a new home. Being first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Chris J. was thorough and knowledgeable. He was very attentive to all our questions during the home inspection and made sure to explain all the items he was inspecting. He was quick to respond and even completed the inspection report the same day! Pricing is very fair, and I would highly recommend Insight Home Inspections!

Chris was great to work with. He explained everything about the inspection and was more than willing to answer any questions. He was able to schedule the inspection for the day and time I requested and didn’t seem to mind at all that I and my family showed up to be onsite while he and his assistant were working. I had the pleasure of working with Chris for my home inspection. This is my first ever home buying experience and I felt like my choice to go with Insight Home Inspections was one of the best I have made thus far in the process. Chris was incredibly patient with all my questions and extremely knowledgeable about everything I asked about.
