We had them install central AC in my home. The process was fast and efficient. He took the time to walk us through everything and explain all of our options. The day of Install was smooth and contained no hiccups. Everyone was polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and I am happy with the product as well!!
Berg's came and repaired my AC in an extremely timely manner. I was most impressed by their upfront quote and REASONABLE repair cost. They even provide troubleshooting tips on their website which you can utilize to see if a service call is necessary! Their service from start to finish was amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service or repair. Although I didn't need a new unit installed, they will be at the top of my list should I need this in the future.

I am pretty generous with my reviews usually, but our experience with Berg's Heating and Air Conditioning is worth 7 stars! Our A/C went out on a Sunday evening - the whole system was dead. We called at 7pm on a Sunday night, prepared to be uncomfortably hot in our home for as long as necessary until this could be repaired. I left a voicemail for Berg's and they called me back later on Sunday night! I believe it was Mr. Berg himself!
He identified a couple likely culprits based on what was going on and the sounds I heard, and then they had a technician at our place by 10am on the very next day (Monday morning). Our system was repaired at a fair cost (replaced the blower motor) and the technician was professional and courteous. Berg's takes quality service SERIOUSLY. I will use them again and again!

My AC unit broke and I had another large HVAC contractor come out to take a look. Given its age, they had me almost convinced to replace it. I found Berg's Heating and AC online and reached out for a 2nd opinion. They were very responsive - Brent came out the next day, correctly diagnosed the issue, and had it repaired in no time at all. And, only charged me for parts! Great customer service and my only go-to for future HVAC needs!!

Berg's goes above and beyond for their customers. Our AC burnt out after hours and I called to leave a message about setting up a service appointment. They called back the same night and came back to make the repair that evening! He insisted on the same day repair at no after-hours up charge. Incredible service. He took the time to explain the problem and what might have caused it - he is very thorough and happy to answer any questions. There is not an HVAC company I would trust more and I will certainly be a customer for life.

Excellent service. In this day and age when so many contractors and businesses seem to be providing poor service and high costs, Berg’s Heating and Air Conditioning provides a true breath of fresh air. They were scheduled to come out on a Monday to service our A/C unit but when I called them the prior Thursday to let them know that our A/C was not working at all, they pushed everything up to Friday. They not only serviced our A/C but repaired it for us.
Both of the technicians were friendly, polite, and willing to show me what they did to fix our A/C. They didn’t use this as an opportunity to “upsell” us additional things we did not need, unlike other companies that we worked with in the past. I highly recommend Berg’s and I know that they will be the only company that touches our A/C and furnace moving forward.

Berg's was very thorough. They helped us fix our unit so we didn't have to do a full replacement. We scheduled them as a second opinion and I am so glad we did; the first opinion pushed us to get a whole new unit. Thanks for all the hard work and saving us thousands of dollars.

Berg's has been amazing throughout my process of a new furnace and AC. I was impressed the moment Brent came to my house for the quote and did not try and up-sale me equipment I did not need, gave me the best options for my space, worked with me on finding the best price, very helpful in answering all my questions, and the communication is great. Even on install day they were there on time, respectful in keeping my space clean, had great electricians that came in (very friendly), and let me know what to expect the day of and for inspections to follow.
I would recommend Berg's to everyone I know needing AC & Furnace needs. I was very nervous for the install, and they made it painless...if there were any problems they never let on. Thank you, Brent and team, for making my experience with Berg's one of the best I have had when it comes to major changes. Looking forward to our partnership moving forward!

I had a 25 year old furnace where the motor was going out (motor was making loud noises) - Brent troubleshooted the issue and discussed the pro-con of replacing the motor vs replacing the full unit.
He gave me several options of units with different price ranges/efficiencies and never pressured me to go to a higher priced unit.
The overall process was great as he provided an email outlining every step.
The price was very reasonable, the communication was excellent, the installer (Chris) was awesome.
I feel great recommending Berg's to anyone.
